Westvale Elementary School

When first moving to Utah from Connecticut. I was concerned about the quality of school my daughter would be going to.

I'm so grateful that my anxiety was uncalled for as Westvale Elementary is an amazing school for any young girl or boy to go to. I love that you can go in and enjoy breakfast with your child before they go into school and they have so many good events that promote fathers. That's just something you don't see as much as I would like nowadays.

The best teachers ever

I went to this school and my 1st grade experience was the worst. My 1st grade teacher (who now teaches Kindergarten) was lazy, and didn't care about her students. She sent me to the office for punishment when I wasn't doing anything wrong. I remember one time I was getting bullied and she saw me but didn't do anything. If you want caring teachers and a great, safe experience for your child, don't go here.

The staff allowed our child to be continually bullied. I even had the kindergarten teacher, that now teaches first grade, say she wished they would bring corporal punishment back because she was upset with her 5 and 6 year olds.

This pta was very unwelcoming. All they seemed to care about was money, not the kids.
