Update, 5/28: I blew an old fuse and scheduled with Nate L. again. He had it figured out quickly and was so nice! Superior service. After this comprehensive fix, I probably won’t need to call for him again, but he’s now my first call for anything electrical for a friend or neighbor!

Original post: Nate L. was friendly, respectful, and worked with me to get light fixtures cleaned out, re-wired to work better than ever, and even installed new fixtures for my porch and driveway areas! He was communicative about when he would arrive and was right on time. Really appreciated his kindness when explaining what was going on, and not making me feel silly for asking. Would recommend him to any friend!

Nate Lyman was absolutely brilliant and professional. We called at 1000, and left a message. We got a call back right away and Nate came out that day. Looked over the job, got the materials and completed it within 3 hours.

Moe was here today to fix a leak we had in our humidifier supply. We had a 10 out of 10 experience. He called about twenty minutes upon arrival. He was very mindful of taking his booties on and off as he went in and out of the house. He was able to do the repair while he was here. He gave us some fantastic tips to better maintain our systems. He was kind and respectful. He did a very nice job explaining to me what was going on and answering the questions I had. Overall I feel like he went above and beyond. We would definitely request to have him again.

Erik and Chris just left. They’ve been here all day installing my new two stage furnace and an additional vent in my kitchen.
I am totally pleased with how this went. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the old one out and away. They put the new one in and left my home in the same condition - not leaving garbage behind. They explained all about my new furnace and answered all my questions.
I’m sure there are “cheaper” companies out there but I’ve found that “You get what you pay for”, and this company is competitively priced and their workmanship is top notch. They also stand behind their staffs workmanship.
I recommend Crisafulli for any of your plumbing, air or heating issues.

So today was my annual air conditioner and hot water check up and as usual the service was excellent. Andrew Hesch was the technician who performed the service. He was polite and respectful as well as knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me valuable information about my aging system. He was not pushy but instead took the time to explain why I should be thinking about a new system due to product changes.
They installed a new furnace last week that I’m extremely happy with. I’m so glad I use Crisafulli for all my pleating and plumbing needs. .
I will have them do upcoming electrical needs as well.

Chris Davis came by for my annual maintenance of my boiler and hot water heater. He was an absolute pleasure to have over, very courteous and professional and did a thorough job, even went the extra mile to help me remove one of my faucet screens I didn't have a tool on hand for to help clear some debris. Highly recommend the service contract with the hot water heater included - Crisafulli does a full boiler maintenance and flushes my water heater for me plus all the other bonus of the Red Carpet plan. They even provide recommendations and price estimates for improvements while they're here so you can plan ahead with a good idea of what to expect. I'm a guy who is never happy, but Crisafulli and their staff have yet to leave in the several times I've used them without me being more than happy to have picked them.

Our salesman, Jerry Lyman, from Crisafulli sold us a beautiful Air Conditioner and furnace unit. He was very thorough on the specs, on our wants and needs for efficiency for our size home.

The installation team, Nick and Adam, showed up at 8:00 sharp. Started off with a nice greeting, informed us what they were going to do. Lined the flooring with clean tarps and got to business. At the end of the job it was amazing how neat, cleaned and picked up everything was and back in order as if they were never here.

I would say that’s red carpet service. We highly recommend Crisafulli.

I recieved a quote today fro Seth in sales and I was blown away with how knowledgeable he was. He was very personable, friendly and he knows what he is talking about. Also wanted to thank Michelle Davies for the recommendation and for setting me up with Seth, you are the best Michelle. They both are top notch at what they do.

Jordan provided excellent service today representing his profession and Crisafulli. He approached the visit with professionalism and kind care and concern. As a mom of three, I don’t have a ton of time to learn about the issues involved in our home system. He took the time to walk me through the current issue and used common language to ensure that I became educated and wasn’t feeling “oversold.” He further explained the process of the visit and what next steps would be required in a kind and direct manner. He was patient with his approach and it was like talking to a trusted friend. Employees like Jordan must be recognized and appreciated as they deliver the service companies value! Thank you Jordan!

Patrick was very efficient & methodical doing our furnace & AC maintenance. He took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. He used terminology that was easy to understand. He offered numerous suggestions about how we could extend the life and improve the performance of our HVAC equipment. He also provided recommendations and price quotes for additional optional equipment without unnecessary pressure. Patrick instilled a high level of confidence due to his knowledge, expertise and patience. He allowed me to ask numerous questions which he answered thoroughly. He also demonstrated a high level of respect to us as customers. Overall, Patrick provided exceptional service.

Brandon arrived shortly after I called the company with our plumbing emergency! He quickly surveyed the problem and went straight to work to resolve it! He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about his work. He removed the clog from the pipe and we once again had working bathroom facilities!

Today I had Dan at my home to replace my main water line and shutoffs. He was very personable and friendly. Dan explained everything very clearly and made me feel confident that my water issues were taken care of. We got to chatting about how much we love living in Upstate and he gave me a few suggestions on great fishing and hiking spots up North🙂 I will definitely call Crisafulli Bros for any other home issues I encounter!

Excellent service. James G. was very knowledgeable. He gave us good advice of what to do. He fixed the issues with the sink faucet and ordered new parts for us. The company also called back immediately and set up the service call for us the next day. Would definitely use their service again.

Had our new generator installed today by Andrew, Vic, Vince and Matt who were terrific. Professional, polite, timely and extremely helpful. Our sales person Joe was also excellent in his knowledge about what options for generators were out there for us to chose and delivered in less that a week. I’d recommend Crisafulli and their team to everyone.!

Joshua was excellent! Had a leaking drain pipe that required a replacement of a portion of the drain line. He was very professional and the work was rock solid (tested the drain including putting stress on the line to confirm it wouldn’t leak/break). Would definitely call for any future plumbing work!

We had major work done installing ducts and AC units in an old house. The job was challenging and tricky at times. Dave and Trent were amazing. They worked extremely hard, kept focused, very professional and knowledgeable.

This is my first time working with this company and I am extremely impressed with their communication, professionalism and results from the technicians, to scheduling to the care specialists. They went above and beyond to schedule multiple services on the same day to fit my schedule. Once it was determined what the plumbing and electrical issues were, they were able to get 2 comfort care specialists from 2 different disciplines on site within 90 minutes to continue the discussions and provide an estimate and discuss possible solutions. A huge thank you and shout out to Nate and Mike for the electrical expertise, and to Joshua and Tyler on plumbing. Nate did a great job troubleshooting and made suggestions that saved money in the long run. I am grateful to all of you. Thank you.

I really appreciate Crisafulli’s responsiveness and professionalism. They keep you updated on when they will be arriving and provide information on who is coming. In my case Bradon M was great and explained what would be done and pricing and then when the job was complete he explained what he did and showed me the work. And it was completed a lot quicker than I had anticipated!
