I use to go to Sea a lot but since I don’t work in the area anymore I haven’t been. We decided to stop in for lunch and so happy we did. Jenny is so nice and knowledgeable. She is the best! And the food was great as well! We ordered the beef pho, a rice dish with pork chops and a noodle dish.

Fantastic place for some fresh and delicious Thai! Bubble tea - fantastic. Egg rolls - very unusual but liked them! Fried rice - super delicious. The star of the show - crispy fried noodles with beef. WOW, such crispy noodles that absorbed the sauce at the bottom when you were ready for it and became even more amazing. The SAUCE, a very thin broth, had a very rich flavor. Great mix of fresh sautéed veggies and the beef was delicious as well. Would happily return!

Hello to all my foodies and followers I decided to spice it up a bit and try something new and wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and delicious. Customer service was great. I will definitely come back. A homeless man came in and ask for some food and 1 of the hostess gave him some food that was very kind of you and I appreciate your service.

Food was sooo good.. I got the flat iron steak pho and my friend ordered the yellow noodle bowl with beef.. fried squid was also very good as were the wings!! We received or food quickly.. everything was so flavorful! I will definitely be back!

First time eating at Sea Restaurant. Was a pleasant experience. Food was excellent. The atmosphere is quaint, the only thing was that the server only checked on us one time. She was very pleasant to deal with, very friendly, but I feel she should have checked on the table at least two or three more times. But definitely would love having her service us again. I ordered the Manasaun Pork Curry, which was very good. My friend ordered the sweet Vermicelli Bowl. She enjoyed it. And the portions were more than what was expected. Also ordered 2 egg rolls. Very good. Definitely will find a reason to go back.

Go here. Right now. Just cancel whatever food plans you had, and order from here. From their amazing pho, to their rice noodle dishes, to their Thai dishes, EVERYTHING they make is just amazing. On a cold and wintery and snowy Rochester night, a huge bowl of their pho, its steaming rich broth, fresh veggies, and spicy sauces, is just the perfect way to warm up. And in the summer time, their spring rolls and rice vermicelli bowls are the perfect way to beat the heat, and make a perfect bag of picnic munchies to devour on a blanket in Cobbs Hill Park.

I have been going here since they opened many years ago. This is where I had my first pho, where I first dipped a spring roll in too much Sriracha, and where I get food for my friends and family before a picnic at Pride each summer. I love you SEA Restaurant. Never change.

We were visiting from Canada and found this gem of a restaurant. The food was out of this world. All the dishes were so flavorful. Even my picky eater gave 5 starts for the food. The staff was working with such enthusiasm.

DELICIOUS!! great prices for great portions! Fully recommend since it's just so hearty and makes you feel so good on an autumn night. I had the fried squid and kapoon with chicken, while my friend had chicken pho. Both were very delicious :)

The pho was insanely good! You will not be disappointed. All of their food is yummy, but the pho is a must IMHO.

Their Pho soup is to die for! For those that have never had a Pho soup. It's literally a meal in and of itself! The flavor explosion in your mouth is an understatement, as a true Pho has a complexity of different flavors that you can individually taste. They most definitely know how to make a Pho which is rather complex to make perfectly. Outstanding!

Really tasty food at a great price. They have the best pho in Rochester and their other entrees are delicious, too. Their menu is pretty short, but everything I have tried has been worth ordering again. It's really small inside, so its often easier to just get take out or delivery than trying to find an open table. If you're not sure what to get, I recommend the meatball pho, the fried squid, and the stir fried flat rice noodles with meat.

Everything was so delicious! The fried squid is a must! This was at the Mt. Hope location.

Excellent Seafood Pho! I had a large. The bowl was filled with crabmeat, shrimp, fish toast,. It was fantastic.

Good pho Tai and spring rolls and quick service. I would definitely eat here again.

SEA is delicious and affordable 👌. Their pho is terrific whether you have it there or take out. if someone is sick in our house we always get the rice porridge. And don't forget the squid appetizer, spicy crispy and delicious.

We went here with our son to celebrate our birthdays. I love these small ethnic restaurants. I highly recommend this restaurant.

SEA is cute little place on Manroe Ave, with some delicious food. The fried calamari is divine and a definitely worth a visit just for that! They can be a little a slow with service when they're full but a small sacrifice for some good food. (Also, it is very satisfying to mix the condensed milk in the thai iced tea with a straw- great Instagram boomerang)

I amended my original review from 4 to 5 stars because this is now my favorite restaurant in Rochester and has the best pho in town. In addition, the staff are just simply amazing. They know you on a personal level and incredibly friendly and considerate to your needs!

Do yourself a favor and reinvigorate your soul with some warm salubrious broth that will hit every spot on a cold Rochester day.

For an introduction to Pho it's a great spot.
