The employees are my favorite part of visiting, they’re painfully considerate and encourage you to try new things. They get creative with sauce/food combinations. Food is always hot and fresh even if it takes a minute or two it’s worth the wait entirely, no one wants old food that’s been sitting under a heater all day.

Arbys never disappoint, I was in long island after a long drive I stopped to Arbys , they make my order fast and fresh. I liked that employee where nice a friendly even though when they were busy. Thank you guys 😊

Food and staff are great. They use these terrible paper straws there so be prepared to get your drink down, can't nurse it for 30+ minutes. Also, the TVs in there are broken with a very strong blue tint one screens.

Im a little skeptical about the reviews but we went there anyway just to try it. Service is pretty fast. Husband got a smoked bacon brisket and he loved it. We will be back..

For some reason, whenever I'm in Arby's, I'm usually the youngest person in there by a lot (I'm 35, by the way) aside from the people who work there. I'm not sure how or why it's marketed to be this senior citizen type of hangout spot, but I strongly encourage people of all ages to eat at Arby's if there's one available near you. Food is always really good and the service, in my opinion, has always been top teir, especially when compared to other fast food chains. This location particularly, I go to a lot and always have a pleasant experience. Their selections make them stand apart from the competition alone, but they do knock it out of the park. Stuff like their apple turnovers, their jalapeño bites, and other items give more than enough reason to come here. Don't just look at the commercials. Actually, stop by one and check out their menu. Promise you won't be disappointed.

Great they brought Arby's to Long island, great taste

Such a nice place. I have to compliment the manager Paul. He is extremely pleasant,kind, respectful and accommodating. My gravy was kinda cold and he took the time to get me hotter gravy and apologized. When another customer came to him with an issue, he was just as apologetic and truly sincere. Way to go!!! I appreciate these Values and will recommend others to come here as well. The food is also delicious. God bless

When did they change the rolls for the sliders? They used to be fresh, hot white bread rolls, now they are a room temperature sweet Hawaiian roll? At least tell people this has changed.

Brisket used to be served in a box, now its in a bag. The bag traps the moisture resulting in a soggy sandwich when you get home.

Service was very slow.

This location truly was a well oiled machine with safety protocol in place. Not only was I impressed, but the communication amongst the staff was top notch. Lastly, the service at peak time was outstanding. Wait time wasn't terrible considering they had at least 20 cars on the drive through waiting to order. As a result, I went in side to order. From start to finish I was complete within 8 minutes. It could've been less. Thank you to a great staff. They should be recognized

I’ve been going to Arby’s for a year now and I have never been satisfied with the service. But today changed everything. We were blessed with the presence of Duke! His warm smile and manners were refreshing. He spoke clearly in the drive thru and had a positive attitude! Employee of the month award should go to Duke!

They do got the meats! Personally they could have slightly larger portions but everything very tasty!

honestly the nicest service that I've had at a fast food place ever! We ordered our food and dined-in and also ordered food to-go and they waited until we were getting ready to go, so the food was ready and hot by the time we were done.

Hey everyone this is a great place for a quick bite to eat. Supper clean great help quick service. The only thing I find is if you are buying for a family you will go broke. Place is a bit pricey for 2 fries and 2 roast beef hambuger bun sandwiches. Cost was 19 bucks and no meat on bun. But give it a try.

Been to a few fast food locations that had just opened and of course it is expected to be a bit all over the place since it's a new team trying to work together but this location happens to be one of the few good ones. Besides Arby's being one of the best fast food chains on Long Island that location is doing a great job. The staff are very nice and friendly and even when the placed is packed they still manage to keep orders going!!! Will definitely be one of the places I stop frequently at 👌👍😁

The most amazing cashier I've ever seen. Made sure everybody got exactly what they wanted the way they wanted. He had amazing patience with each customer. Food was good, the staff was great!

I'm more then happy to have a Arbys open close to me here on Long Island . I ordered the double roast beef and it was delicious and just as I remember! The girl who took my order was very happy to serve me. Keep up the good work and ignore the negative reviews! I have returned several times and the food remains as good as my 1st time there! Happy to have you guys
around.

Food was delicious staff where so helpful and the eating area was a 9/10 clean. Only thing I didn't like was the rope on their bell was not there so I couldn't ring their bell correctly

Very good usually is I love the different varieties a food rather than just your typical hamburger cheeseburger or chicken tenders 4/6/23 update: please please please do not stop the ribeye sandwich !!!!! Best fast food sandwich ever
