My experiences have always been very good. Staff is polite and efficient
My physician/specialist (Tejani) is excellent. Always takes plenty of time to answer questions and is consistent with follow up as necessary.

I think everyone is nice and I love my doctor.

First time going here reffered by my doctor, and I have nothing good to say. Office staff are very unprofessional, you can call and leave a message, no one will call you back. You can go on the portal and leave a message and no one will answer. We as patients are given these tools to use, and there not being used in the doctor's office. I had to call my primary care and she had to tell her office manager to call there office manager and guess what? Someone called me right away then. Pretty sad that I had to jump through hurdles for something so simple. People there are being paid and not doing there job like there supposed to. This is sad, because once again it give Mt Carmel a bad name. The doctor I saw was good, but he has nothing to do with office staff. His notes stated for the office staff to get ahold of me when no one did for a week. He probably doesn't know this is happening. The VM even states not to leave multiple messages LOL. I'm very disappointed with the professionalism this department holds.
