Kroger Marketplace

665/Hoover Rd location - This review is for only for our Deli tray order experience. We ordered an almost $400 order for their trays of sandwiches, baked and fried chicken, vegetables and desserts. Kathy/Cathy who took our order and also facilitated putting it together was amazing. She was super friendly, informative and knew what she was doing. It was nice to deal with a person who knew the ropes and I had confidence in. As far as the food itself, the majority of it was good, especially the chicken.

This Kroger has handicap riding karts available. Plenty of parking. Employees are kind and helpful. Store is stocked.

They always have whatvI am shopping for. No empty shelves. Store always busy and staff always pleasant.

This is a very clean & well organized store. I like it that they are more of a super store.

Really clean and easy to navigate. Self checkout was pretty slow moving, but they can't control how fast customers move. I did notice that there were only 6 self checkout with one down. 3 out of 5 had the blinking light at one point saying they needed assistance. Was a quick in and out, other than the wait for checkout.

Great store to explore. Lots of quality food selections to choose from. Employees are very helpful. 🏆🎖🎯

I am here at least once a week. There is a good selection of groceries, and other useful household items.

There are some negative reviews out there about this Kroger. Cut them some slack!

I personally think they’re an awesome store. Their clothes selection is surprisingly good, and their produce is always fresh. I love coming here!

5 stars, but they need to have more registers open. They are slow to hire when they need it.

I always shop at this Kroger and I always have great service. My visit today was over the top! The cashier I had - Bob - provided the best customer service I have experienced for awhile. He was very helpful with what I needed and greeted the customer after me with the same great attitude and she also had a smile on her face while starting the checkout process.

I love shopping at Kroger and now that this story has been completely remodeled, it is honestly a treat to shop here. The beer and wine tasting bar is a neat addition. The deli has expanded to include board head and the meat counter nearly doubled! Also a great Whole Foods and fresh produce section as well! Love ❤

Biggest Kroger I have ever seen! They have a lot of stuff!! Staff was pretty friendly and the store was easy to navigate!

One of my favorite grocery stores in the area due to their friendly staff and fast checkouts. They always seem to have checkout staff and self checkouts available. During very busy days they still move the checkout lines quickly.

This Kroger is huge. Very clean, well lit. Has housewares and clothes too which is unusual for a Kroger but not a bad thing. It's part of what made it so large.

Great choices but cashiers have no idea how visa gift cards work the person I was with told the cashier that she was buying them for her grandkids in Guam he scanned the cards charged her for them and it wasn't till she got outside she saw it was only valid in the U.S.

I love this Kroger branch, grove city, I love the vegetable and meat selection although some of them might be a bit expensive compared to walmart, the quality is more better and Its always been organized like the shelves except after black friday or last minute christmas shopping, all in all this is my first go to place when it comes to my main grocery list like the meat and veggies.
