I'M VERY SORRY THAT THE POWERS THAT BE HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE THIS BRANCH. IT WAS A WARM FRIENDLY PLACE. THE MANAGER AND HER STAFF WERE THE BEST. I SHALL MISS IT.

The ATM machine wasn't working and I went to withdraw cash from one of the tellers. She was very polite and as we were talking, I remarked that there used to be two ATM machines at this location years ago. The teller next to her chimed in that there were never two ATM machines there, which is completely false. She was extremely rude about it and unprofessional. I've been in this area for over 12 years and I remember very well the two machines. I asked some of my friends from the Stony Brook campus and they also remembered very well that there were 2 machines. One of them got removed years ago after they did a renovation at the bank. It is a bit ridiculous that there is only one ATM machine which sometimes breaks down, and on top of it there is such an unprofessional bank teller instead of an extra machine.

I came here with a banking problem that I couldn't solve online, instead of helping me they told me that I have to solve the problem online. When I asked them for help with the informatics, they told me they are not allowed to do that. As I was getting more desperate because the issue was pressing, they would try to shake me off the office more and more awkwardly. I couldn't bare it anymore when they started talking to me like a kid, and I left the office to never go back.

I am not only a customer, but also a neighbor, and yet they mistreated me. I hope they are more helpful to you!

This is the worst Bank of America on the island I spent half hour there trying to get some cash and they told me they were too busy and they can’t help me out, so ridiculous!

I went to here to deposit my 4 checks by ATM machine. First time to deposit checks. The front desk came to me with a poker face because I deposit check one by one, and a guy hold 2 dozen checks was waiting and complain.
I rather set my direct deposit to Chase.

Horrible management.
