Applebee's Grill + Bar

Place was a little dark, it could use some more lighting. Other than that, Nikki was very kind and got our food and drinks out promptly.

Dollar margs were on point and the dishes were hot and they tasted pretty good! I'd definitely come back.

After having a terrible experience with another applebee's location. I decide to try applebee's morse rd location to show to my kids than even it is same store but people are different.
As expected, zero time waiting. very nice greeting. The whole servers there were super nice and helpful.

Best Applee's I've been to in quite awhile, watch their hours for indoor dining. I sat at the bar, had good service including her going in back to get a proper tasting soft drink. The food was properly prepared and hot, unlike the last 3 times at other locations.

Took My Second Eldest Grandson For His 11th Birthday. He Ordered Spinach Dip, Chicken Tenders And Fries. Later They Brought Him Out A Brownie With Vanilla Ice Cream!

I haven’t been this applebees before but i fully expected it to be busy. We were told there would be a wait of 20-30 minutes and it was exactly that. We came back and was served immediately. Natalia L served us at the bar and was exceptional. She accommodated everyone for anything they needed, kept a smile on her face and was very helpful. Workers like Natalia are why customers keep coming back!

Came to Applebee’s for just drinks and ended up buying more , my waiter Rachel was super amazing and patient. I order the classic combo which was amazing ! I had only one problem which the mozzarella sticks was old but the waiter Rachel was happy to fix the problem. I enjoyed the $1 Adios drink and it was super amazing for the price i can’t wait to return i had the best experience!

I went there Veterans day. Food was the best ! My server, I think her name was Sharon (long dark hair 30ish) gave me the best service I've ever received at any restaurant ! Eating out doesn't always fit my budget but when it does I'll be eating at this Applebee's !

I just absolutely love going to Applebee's its relaxing to me. I'll go there by myself order me a drink some food and do homework and being there for at least two 3 hours. I'm a regular here The employees are cool and respectful.

Heather our server was just amazing! My son was a little agitated around the time we were seated but Heather's friendliness and courtesy changed his whole attitude. She went above and beyond by offering him different kids' treats. This genuine act of kindness somewhat made myself and my wife overlook the long wait for our food. Based on other reviews it seem as if this location has many slow days so my suggestion would be for the seater to make patrons aware of the kitchen staffing issues and wait time prior. That way they can decide whether or not they want to wait.

Prompt service and a friendly staff. Happy hour is 3 to 7 and they have a ton of half priced appetizers and cheap drinks. They are updating and adding things to their menu.

We arrived around 3 pm. We were seated right away. The server quickly came to our table and got our drinks. We ordered the Fiesta lime chicken and bourbon street chicken and shrimp. The food was hot and delicious.

French onion soup came out cold but they replaced it without question and the btw one was super. Good beer and food and scenery.

I visited this location on Mother's Day 2017. We were able to get a table in 15 minutes and our server was awesome. The food and drinks are great and reasonably priced.

Customer service was not rude but it could have been just a Lil more friendly.. maybe a smile or 2.. but I still left a 15% tip on drink.. bc that long Island was off the hook🏛🏯

Brianna the manager I've ever had she's patience, calm, respectful, helpful & so organized. If you need her help she'll stop what she's doing & help you in a hurry. I've never had a manager like her I'm so glad she's there to guide me through everything. If anybody ever has a issue while eating there ask for the manager Brianna and she will fix it fast and make sure your satisfied.

I love the steak & parmesan shrimp. Those garlic mashed potatoes & broccoli is the best!!!

Food was good. Service was great and the atmosphere was fun.

It was very clean. The drinks were fantastic. Make sure you grab some wings. We had the double crunch wings, and they were on point.
