The staff at the Patchogue location are outstanding! Great customer service by the management every time we are in there. Most recent experience was with Brian, went above and beyond to help us. Store is always neat, orderly and clean. Great job!

11/29/23 if your old school and really enjoy having a hardcopy ticket for a concert then you can go on Etsy and order a souvenir ticket, however, Etsy will only offer you a digital copy that you must print yourself. This can become problematic if you don’t have a printer and would like it on quality paper.
The seller of the souvenir ticket on Etsy suggested that I emailed the digital copy to Staples and have them print it. I thought this was an amazing idea, After spending about two hours, trying to figure it all out I gave up and drove down to my local Staples Store on Sunrise Hwy in Patchogue. This is where I encountered the most amazing, helpful, professional knowledgeable person named Kyle who literally helped me through every step in under 10 minutes. He’s my hero, and I truly appreciate his kind heart and his help. I wish there were more human beings like him. Thank you for restoring my faith in society.

Previous review…..Yup, the dreaded back to school shopping, I have to say, it was fairly easy with great prices and sales. Numerous staff on hand to answer all your questions and help you check out quick. In and out in less than an hour. I think that’s a record for me.

Wanted to share my experience, We had an issue with my purchase price and they're online price. They honored the online price! No problems, very nice cashier (wish i remembered his name) handled it all , will continue to shop here

They always have any office supplies you need...always well organized and everything is Moderately priced
