We hired this contractor to come in our home to install our laminate Flooring. Didn’t show up on time on day one and didn’t have all the tools necessary to do the job and had to supply them with items they should’ve had with them. When installing the floor and after inspecting their work, found a couple of pieces that was not installed correctly. They did not check their work and I had to point out The problem to them. Also when making their cuts with the new laminate flooring, they had too much excessive scrap which in return costing me extra money and I had to go out and buy two more boxes because they did not have enough to finish at the end. When they finish the job I could’ve took in one of the boxes back but because of the excess of scrap I was stuck eating the cost And it’s been a hassle to get him to come back and reimburse me for the money. Also when he laid down the quarter round, The nails did not go through it properly and it was left that way. Yes he did Do most of the job correctly but on the other hand it was too much work to have to sit and point out things that a professional contractor should already know. I would never recommend this company ever again and I totally regret hiring them. I’m still waiting on him to come over and make it right.
