After moving into our new home, the last thing we were expecting to have to do was install a new roof. Unfortunately we started experiencing multiple leaks and began calling roofing companies. ML Best was the first company we called and they came (the owner) the same day within a few hours (on a Saturday)!

We received 5 estimates after ML Best provided us with an estimate and Manuel (owner) was the only person who truly took his time and explained everything to us. He was at our house for almost 2 hours inspecting the roof, inspecting the attic, and walking us through how and why certain things needed to be done. He also stayed in constant communication with us and was very responsive.

We decided to move forward with ML Best and they were able to get us on the schedule within 2 weeks. ML Best also had the most favorable financing terms for a project of this size - 0% over 4 years!

We have a 5,400 square foot roof which is a lot of roof (because our home is a ranch) and they completed the job in 2 days! They replaced all of the plywood and properly vented the attic by installing a fan in each attic (we have one on each side of our home). They also installed a ridge vent and replaced 2 sky lights. Manuel suggested the solar sky lights so we can open them with a remote which is awesome because we actually open our sky lights now! We also had an area of our roof that was a flat roof which was redone perfectly. Finally, we received an excellent warranty for our roof.

The crew was very professional and they cleaned everything up very well. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend ML Best to anyone who asks!

ML Best Construction were on time with many men to complete four different jobs at my house. They accomplished all of them quickly and did a wonderful job. AND great price for the jobs done!

Manuel was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He was able to book us a week after consultation. His crew arrived early and ready to begin by 7am, he removed our shingled roof and flat roof, replaced original planking with new exterior grade plywood replaced gutters, leaders and capping. Excellent workmanship, protected our neighbors property. Cleaned and restored surrounding area on both side neighbors showing no signs of the major job that was happening. Entire crew was professional, respectful and accommodating to any concerns during restoration.

ML Best was a pleasure to work with. They let you know up front what to expect in terms of time for completion and price and they keep you in the loop during the entire process.

They removed my old worn roof and repaired/replaced all of the rotted wood by lunch time and were done by 5PM. They are also very clean.

The owner was professional and honest from the start. Didn't sell us a new roof because we didn't need one, and offered a repair. We went with him because he was honest and respectful from the start. Every other company immediately said we needed a new roof when they didn't even go up there and check out what was going on. I would 100% recommend this company, amazing go work with!

Manny and his crew were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Manny was honest from the beginning and made this process extremely smooth. You can tell they take pride in their work and are not the salesman type where they are just trying to make money. This has been a great experience, especially in comparison to other companies. He came to the house and inspected the roof, took measurements and made recommendations which we really appreciate. He takes his time to explain the process. His team came on time and did an excellent job. We are happy with the work done and highly recommended him.

I don’t normally post reviews, but I want those who are in need of service to know that these folks are truly a gem! Had 5 estimates done and went with ML Best. Not the cheapest or most expensive out of the bunch, but priced reasonably especially for a ‘Master Elite Roofer’. Mr. Manuel and his team exceeded my expectation from start to finish.

Front Office Mr. Christian was very professional and immediately got back to me with an appointment for an estimate and made sure all of the paper work were in order. During time of estimate Mr. Manuel was very detailed and honest. Ran through weather delays but they kept me updated and did their best to do the work as soon possible.

Foreman Mr. David led the team swiftly! One time I took a peep out the window to check on them and heard someone in the roof yelling from the top of their lungs asking for materials. Guy in the street stopped what he was doing, nearly tripped on my kids yard spinner in the middle of my yard, and not only did he run to get a box of nails out their truck, but he made sure it went up to the roof in turbo mode on their hefty ladder hoists system. These guys take pride in their work and the finish product shows that. I’m sure they’ll honor their warranties if something wrong happens down the line. I haven’t reached that point, so for now, thank you again! Easy 5 stars.

Manuel and his crew are efficient, responsive, and timely. My entire roof and skylights needed an overhaul, along with soffits and gutters. Their professionalism and workmanship are far superior than other companies. I recommend this company to anyone seeking a new roof, soffits, or gutters. Thank you again!

One of the best contractors we have ever used. Pricing was fair, quality of the work was excellent, everyone showed up on time (early actually), and they cleaned up everything (inside and outside) when they were finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had a Great Experience with this Company, met with Manny the owner he was Professional and a pleasure to work with he spent time with me going over everything and explaining what work was needed. I was impressed from the beginning and hired him immediately. His workers showed up and went to work all knowing there jobs, I had a complete Roof replacement new wood where needed complete with all new gutters and new vinyl trim on the entire house. Everything was done professionally and neat and completed in just one Day unbelievable Work. I highly recommend this Company to everyone.

ML Best Construction completed our new roof and gutters. They also completed a new roof (including plywood) on our shed. They did an awesome job. All of the workers were professional and you really could see the culture of their teamwork. The job was done in ONE day and although Manuel told us it would be, I still found that amazing! I really liked how he provided us with a list of prior jobs so we could drive around and look at the roof color choices. We ordered the Black Onyx and I couldn't be happier. We had torrential rains the day after the job, so it's already passed the test. Another point that I wanted to include was that after the gutters were complete, I wanted something a little different and they changed it immediately and accommodated my request without any hesitation, true customer service! They also did a great job cleaning up. ML Best Construction's price was also very competitive. I highly recommend using this company for new roof and gutter installations!

Francisco and his team are very professional! I am very satisfied with their job on chimney flashing to my property. I observed some water on my attic near the chimney and called ML best. Francisco showed up on time and did a thorough inspection and told me a flashing shall suffice to address the problem. Their price was also very fair. I posted this review after four months the job was done. I did not observe any dropping water after the repair. Will definitely use them again when needed! Highly recommended!

From Manuel to the crew on-site was nothing but honest and professional highly recommended. Had multiple companies come in and tell me I needed a new roof but Manuel came inspected my roof and said my Ridgeline was not correct. Job well done by honesty

I highly recommend ML Best Construction. They did an amazing job replacing my entire roof. Their price was not the cheapest; but was extremely fair. The detailed estimate broke down the cost for every part of the job. Manny was patient, friendly, well informed and eager to answer any and all of my questions; more important he clearly outlined the entire process.

ML Best replaced my roof on Monday this week (3 days before Christmas). The roof was in bad shape. Most of the shingles were lifting and buckling. I changed from one homeowner’s insurer to another; and the new company wanted the roof to be replaced and gave me a deadline of December 30. I had gotten a very detailed estimate from Manny about six months ago and decided to give him a call; he remembered me and told me he would honor the price that he previously gave me and we decided on a date. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and we had to reschedule twice because not only did the temperature keep dropping but there was also a massive snow storm.

Unbelievably, the entire job was done in one day. Manny’s crew of 10 showed up at 7am and worked straight through the day until 5pm. Not only did the shingles have to be replaced but also all of the plywood on the back of the house had to be replaced. The plywood was warped and there were holes everywhere from a previous squirrel infestation. I am amazed that I didn’t have massive leaks. Manny’s crew was able to salvage the wood on the front of the house (thereby saving me some money); they expertly repaired the holes on the front as well as the flashing around the chimney. Everything was done, safely expertly and efficiently. The plywood and shingles were delivered on a crane that was able to put all the supplies on the roof giving the workers immediate access. Clean-up was ongoing throughout the entire day. I was able to take pictures and videos of the entire process.
