Ez Pay Auto Sales

I would not recommend this place. These people are untrustworthy and will screw you over the second the opportunity arises. My wife and I began the process of purchasing a Saturn from them only to find out that the Saturn was in more of a poor condition than the sales lady led on.

After an hour of driving the car, the check engine light would come on and the transmission would shift hard enough to jerk a person around in their seat. Within the first two days after purchasing the car, I made this issue aware to the company and they assured me they would fix it because the car was unsafe to drive.

In the few months we paid for the car, we had it in our possession for about 4 weeks total. We kept returning the car to the lot for their mechanics to "fix" the transmission problem, only for the problem to still be there the same day they gave it back. Sometimes it took them weeks to tell me that they supposedly couldn't find a problem, which was amazing since I had driven the car up there at least four times while the problem was apparent and their mechanic experienced it for himself. I even provided an estimate of the issue from another dealership explaining what was wrong with the transmission. It had to deal with the vacuum lines to the transmission and yet they still couldn't fix it.

Even more, they sent me home on a separate occasion claiming to have fixed the problem only for the "new" transmission gasket they put on to blow out on my way home the same day. I had smoke and liquids pouring out the back of the car because of their mechanics inability to perform services properly. Initially they expected me to pay for the tow truck to bring it back, but when I told them I'd drive it because I didn't have the money for a tow truck, they sent out their driver to tow it back.

On top of that was a day I got into the car to find water dripping into the car through the sunroof because the seal was rotted through. On another day, I pulled my visor down to shield my eyes from the sun and the entire thing just come out of the post. Upon further inspection, it was easy to see that someone had used some kind of glue as a fix for the visor.

After a few months of "owning" the car, the multiple problems from both the employees at the office and mechanics in the shop, and the three thousand dollars I had spent so far on the car, I gave up.

I returned the car to the shop, signed it back over to them, and refused to pay another penny for a dried up lemon. I sucked it up and took the loss on what I had paid because I was told there was no other resolution that Dave, the owner, would be willing to work with because the car was listed "as-is".

So buyers beware! You won't get what you pay for and what you will get, is a whole lot of problems if you voice your dissatisfaction with your purchase. Look elsewhere for a car! Don't put yourself in the same horrible position that my wife and I had gotten into. Save your money and take it to a reputable dealership!
