I think this is a nice place to store your stuff at and I like all the office people here .

The lady at the desk is bomb dot com, service is exceptional and she is full of smiles. Two thumbs up!

I have been with Springfield storage depot since 2015 and couldn't be more satisfied with their prices and service. Prior mgmt was great, but new mgmt is AMAZING!!! I'm currently in a situation where I'm moving from a rental to my own home but due to inspections it's been delayed. I was able to get the last storage unit available even tho too small to hold everything. Wendy said she would let me know if anything else came available that was larger, and was true to her word. I'm now totally less stressed knowing I'll be able to store everything until moving day, and I'm so thankful. The units are always clean, hrs of business convenient, prices extremely reasonable, the mgmt is honest and trustworthy, and Wendy is so pleasant and helpful. I will never take my storage business anywhere else!! I highly recommend Springfield Storage Depot on Belmont Ave in Springfield Ohio!!!

Wendi was very thoughtful and every time I need a unit she always helps me she was so considerate and helpful she knew everything I needed before I did very polite and kind person I would definitely recommend this storage before any other one in Springfield or the surrounding area. This is our second year using Springfield Storage Depot. Our son attends Wittenberg University! Wendi, in the office is wonderful to work with! She made the leasing process very convenient, we live 2 1/2 hours away and I was able to handle everything online or by phone! Units and area are clean.
Would recommend, especially Wittenberg University parents
