He got me the same coverage I had with Root for a fraction of the cost, 35% of the price Root was charging me. It was quick and easy to get a quote as well as start a new policy. Friendly yet professional service. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an appointment with Kyle Malone today to get a home and auto quote. Kyle was very very nice and is very thorough. He made me feel comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing with my home and auto quote. He showed me different prices for different coverages and explained in detail what all the coverages meant and what they were for. He made sure to answer all of my questions and let me know that I can call the office anytime if I need nothing. I highly recommend him as an agent for home and auto or any other insurance needs

I appreciate the work Scott did to get me better coverage at a cheaper rate than I have been paying for years . He was extremely professional and courteous took the time to answer all my questions , and was never pressured to "buy" anything. Kyle Malone - State Farm Insurance. Is the only place I will be insured through. I have had them for many years and have NEVER had any issues with them. They are always kind and courteous, as well as quick to answer the lines and any questions that you may have.

I used to be with progressive and my car insurance was over $200 a month for just myself on the policy. My fiance and I got a new car a couple of years ago and we were with State farm in Michigan, and when we moved here to Ohio I knew we wanted to stick with State Farm! I spoke with Bethany who help me get good coverage at a great rate, and I'm paying almost half of what I was before with progressive! State Farm is definitely a great company, and Bethany was an awesome agent!

I have followed her from a couple different State Farm agencies because she truly cares about her clients and their financial and overall well being. My dad & I went in for a meeting with Kyle on 8/26! He broke down all of our policies, explained every detail, and took his time while doing so. He was very patient and kind for helping us understand better & to get to know him and his background. I just want to say thank you to Kyle for helping us!

Kyle is amazing! A year ago he quoted me and couldn’t get my rate lower than what I was currently paying through Progressive. I had several accidents so I was paying over $200 a month for insurance. He just quoted me again today and my monthly payment is $100 less than what I was paying at Progressive! Do yourself a favor and get a quote from Kyle and his team!

Kyle was great to work with! I already had auto insurance with State Farm . After talking to Kyle about bunding my auto and home insurance with State Farm it ended up saving over $1,000 a year! Very professional and enjoyed with him.

I received a letter that explains the renewal on my home owner's policy and had a question.
My home owner's policy had a few places where the wording had changed. To me it seemed like possibly a double negative, so I needed clarification.
One question turned into numerous questions and explanations, not only about my home, but car and RV.
We searched what changes I could make to my policies because my needs had changed. Whether to reduce coverage or increase coverage. What effect that would have on my premiums and whether it was worth it. (Like reducing coverage by 100,000 to save $10 annually. Not worth it. Not very likely that will happen, but if it does, the $10 was well spent.)
Thank you so much Bethany for helping me understand what is covered, what is not, if I have it, if I need it, if I need that much, if I need more.
Sorry a 5 minute question turned into an hour long discussion, but I feel GREAT about ALL my coverages now. And feel the cost of my premiums are more inline with my needs.
