Apple Easton Town Center

This store is incredible!! The staff is amazing and so helpful. 😍 Will most definitely recommend to my friends and family to go to them for help w their apple electronics. They put the customer first. Have been a customer for years!!! An A++ for customer service.

Excellent service! But better to make an appointment ahead! Great employees! Especially Connor that helps us! Since we don't have 15 minutes to spend! But hopefully, apple can be more quickly in customer service in the future

I came to the Apple Store on a Monday to upgrade my phone (I have Verizon). We got all the way through the process only for Verizon's system to go down, so unfortunately we were not able to leave with a new phone that night (to no fault of Apple).

We did come back the next night (Tuesday) and worked with Bri. When I tell you she was a SAINT. Verizon gave us the absolute run around...it was multiple phone calls to confirm our identity, deal with issues that arose through them, and dealing with condescending people from the Verizon team who were not educated in their own plans and devices. We got to the Apple Store around 6:30pm and didn't leave until 9:15pm. At this point, my phone number would not transfer over and Bri (and a few other employees) never made us feel rushed, even after they closed. Bri went through the entire process with us, even taking her break way later because she was on the phone with Verizon trying to figure out what was wrong.

During our many hours here, other team members were constantly checking in on Bri to make sure she was okay and us to see if we were okay. Everyone was so empathetic and really had our backs. They're honestly the only reason we kept even a sliver of sanity in this whole debacle.

At the end of this whole process, we spent collectively 5ish hours in the Apple Store and over 12 hours on the phone and a live chat with Verizon...it took multiple phone calls, live chats, a visit to an actual Verizon store, and THREE DAYS just to upgrade my phone. Verizon is going to be losing our business pretty immediately, but the team at the Easton Apple store is what's going to keep us customers there for life.

To Bri and anyone else who helped us, THANK YOU so, so much! Truly, you never made us feel like an inconvenience and kept our spirits up as much as you possibly could. Even past closing, you reassured us you wanted to help and didn't make us feel rushed, even when I know you were ready to go home. Truly means a lot when so many people around us don't seem to have the level of care and compassion you do. Thank you again :)

Super nice staff. My iPhone happened to freeze and I did not know the new command for force quit with a frozen screen. I came into the store and a staff helped me without a genius appointment and put my stress at ease.

Booked a Monday midday appointment to get my (month old) iPhone serviced due to a few dead pixels on the screen. The store was quiet, the service team was friendly and super helpful. Whilst they were unable to service my iPhone that day, they arranged to it to done at Polaris a short 16min drive away; which was done very quickly when I got here.
The staff at Easton Apple were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and helped me get my issue resolved very quickly. A great Apple experience.

My recent visit to Apple at Easton Town Center was exceptional, thanks to CJ's outstanding assistance. CJ was not only well-mannered but also incredibly service-oriented. They went the extra mile to ensure that my problem was solved efficiently. The level of customer service I received was truly impressive, earning this store a well-deserved five-star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a great sized location and for Friday at 5 pm they weren’t overly busy and I was helped right away. I came home with a new iPhone and outside of the time it took to backup my old device and get the new one up, the process was a breeze. The employee was patience and very helpful! He was attentive and answered all of my questions and made sure I found the best fit phone and new the price points of all my options.

Two days in a row, I had efficient and helpful service. Didn't get their names but thanks!

Customer service is 10/10. I really liked the way they help people out with clear details about all products. I would go again :)

I had a great experience while shopping for a new laptop for my wife. I spoke with Tyler and he was very helpful. He went over our current and future needs without being pushy in any way. The Macbook Pro has been absolutely amazing to use. Highly recommend it if you are in the market for an advanced computer. Parking is only issue there. However, if you're going to Easton, then you already should know that in advance. Its rare to get a metered spot in front of the store, so just be ready to take a small walk.

They were so patient and helped me with everything I needed. Both sales person and experts were so helpful.

Absolutely worth our hour drive to get there. Don't let the long lines and all the customers intimate because all the staff and techs are so friendly and knowledgeable, they answer you questions quickly to get you back to your day. And thank you tech Matt for listening to our problem walking us through the options and then to follow through. You are a master of your craft .
