Town Center Pharmacy

Remember how pharmacies used to be? Well some of us do and this reminds me of one of them. Its clean and the staff friendly. They say hello when you walk in and offer to help. They carry a nice assortment of things you may need for daily life. What really differentiates them from other big brand pharmacies is they feel like they are part of community and they really care. That care permeates in all aspects of their business where it does not in others. As a result their store is cleaner and just much more pleasant then any other big pharmacy in all of Westchester. The prices are always the same as bigger stores in the area with a lot less of that general malaise you will find in big pharmacies.

Pharmacist and staff are genuinely helpful. Nothing like the drones at the big chain stores. Plus they have tons of great products in the store. I am grateful to have a local business like them.

Always an excellent experience at this pharmacy and they always have a last minute unique gifts for a special birthday or event.

Way to expensive and not as much variation in products as CVS

I always get charged a copay for my rx even do my insurance has no copay for rx. My dr send a rx wish I was going to pay cash for it was 120.00 while in CVs was 26 dollars.i know things a hard but that mark up is just greed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never met a more incompetent group of people. Every single time I go to this pharmacy they mess up. I will call for a medication and they don’t know how to spell it, how to properly refill it, or even what the medication is (I’m on very common meds). They will charge you for brand medications when you can get other forms for free through insurance (will tell you the free one isn’t available). The front desk is rude and they don’t know anything about pharmaceuticals. The front desk has to go back and forth with the pharmacists because they don’t know any of the proper protocols (even transferring meds out of state). I don’t know about some people, but when I call a pharmacy I would like the person on the phone to at least know certain common medications (vyvanse, prozac, Wellbutrin, buspar).Go anywhere else. Anywhere else. Their prices are outrageous as well.

Horrible lady and dumb kid at the register that didn’t know what to do . They sold me a empty box of lipstick and when I went back she said she couldn’t take back w/out receipt .. I forgot it. Then she says they keep the lipsticks in the back so nobody steals them .. so I said , then count the lipsticks and go get mine cause here is my box !
