Paul and the technicians from Paul’s Way were amazing. They helped me with my defective shower that’s been having problems for the past couple months now. He personally made sure my job was handled professionally and properly through out the job, he even went the extra mile by ensuring my shower glass was handled correctly. I am truly grateful for his passion for this craft. I cannot recommend him and the team enough!!! Amazing work ethic and professionalism!!!!

Great service. Arrived on time. Completed the installation of the new hot water tank quickly. Even came back to adjust it in the same afternoon when the water wasn't hot enough. Very satisfied!
Extremely satisfied with the work done on my basement pipes (that had backed up and created a mini-flood). They came in time and fixed it all quickly. They also came back quickly when my washer wasn’t getting water to it and got it working again. Awesome!!!!

It's companies like this that keep a community running. When my pipe in my crawlspace burst, I was so worried, but they helped me feel at ease. They were wonderful from the first time I reached out through the whole process, and their pricing was much more reasonable than I expected. They even went above and beyond and contacted the water damage restoration company, who showed up after. I only realised in hindsight how smooth everything went. I highly recommend them because they get it's not just a house that needs pipes to be fixed, it's a home for family, and they are helping a family get back to their regular life. It was only after that, that I realised how I had made up all this stuff in my mind about how the job is too big so I need more time (I took long to reach out, calling when I had the most time in my schedule), it's going to be too expensive, I didn't even think to call the water damage guys since I thought it was my mess to clean. So, let me ask you, what if it could be simple? For me, it was so much more than simple, because of them.

The technicians were friendly and professional, but the initial fix only lasted about 30 days. I called the company and let them know the issues. It turned out that the new part was faulty, but they replaced it right away. They came out during the holiday season to make sure we were totally satisfied! We needed an emergency check of a potential leak in the crawlspace of 1 of the homes that we own. I called at 9am and they were incredibly responsive. A technician went out there by 11:30am and checked out the issue. Nobody was able to be there for the visit, but that wasn’t an issue at all. Pawel was the technician, he called me and explained the issue — which wasn’t a leak, thank goodness! He was incredibly thorough and explained everything to me without issue and with much patience. He sent over an email within a minute of ending the phone call, also detailing the issues he found, along with photos to better help explain and show me the problem. The pricing cannot he beat, either! I will absolutely use this company again in the future with other properties we own. Incredibly fast, thorough, budget friendly, patient, trustworthy, etc.. the list goes on! I highly recommend to anybody in need of immediate (or not so immediate) service! We found guest bedroom flooded over the weekend. We had no water and heat the whole cold weekend, this company was the only company responded even though they were closed. They scheduled Pawl to came out first thing Monday morning. He was professional and friendly. The team repaired and got the heating back on for us quickly.
