Emily was so helpful. I have been to several other Verizon stores. And decided never to go ever again ,Until I came Here. Emily knows exactly what she's doing, she's fantastic. Don't ever get rid of this woman. She's worth the way in gold.

Hannah Lin was the most friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable and competent person I ever meant. I received a call last week from her. She let me know that she worked for Verizon and that if I needed any help with my account she would be glad to help. I had so many issues with my account. I drive 11 min from my house. When I got the branch , she took her time to help me resolve ALL of my issues! Excellent customer service!

Courtney was so knowledgeable and kind, and she helped me figure out which phone would be best suited for my needs with ease. I was also pleased with how organized and clean the store was. By far my favorite phone upgrade experience. 12/10

Caleb is super smart about all the phones. He answered all my questions and had the patience of a saint. You need more people like him working for you! I will be back in to see him for all my wireless needs! 😁

I was getting many messages, mostly from "Norton", about my phone being virus infected. Von at the Tuttle Rd store looked at the messages, reassured me that my phone was OK, and not to respond to the virus messages. Thanks to Von.

Emily took care of me in more ways than the manager. Due to his unavailability (more than once) made me wanna put 3 stars. But her persistence in ensuring my items fit my S23 has me thinking about her to this day (was in like June or something 🫶 I appreciate her and the efforts put forth) ❤👋

We stopped in to get prices and information as we’re looking to switch providers soon. Phil was absolutely amazing and answered all of questions and concerns. Even my Mother who is older when she had her questions he was very informative to her and didn’t rush through anything, wrote every detail down for her as well. We will absolutely be back to see Phil at the end of the month when we’re ready to switch to Verizon from our current provider.

Emily did a fantastic job helping with a porting problem. At which time she discovered the sim card was cracked. The store on bechtle didn't or wouldn't help and best buy where it was purchased wouldn't help and 15 minutes with Emily she had my phone working perfectly.

We switched from T-Mobile back to Verizon & Emily made it so easy for the switch over! We appreciated all the help that she gave us! Verizon is 1000% better😊
