T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I recently switched to T-Mobile and had some issues with my device, I stopped in the store and Kory was so pleasant and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with everything I needed. This is definitely my go-to store.

Wendy was an amazing representative and very helpful. She answered all of my questions about upgrading my phone and gave me wonderful information about my bill to keep me informed. She didn’t want me leaving without understanding the charges on my bill so I could make decisions based on my budget.
T-Mobile continues to impress me every time I have to come in. Thank you so much for your help and I hope to keep working with you for any questions I may have in the future!

I visited the store to see what T-Mobile was all about, I ended up switching carriers, and Kory was so helpful and knew the answers to every single question I had that put my mind at ease. The store staff was super friendly and welcoming and I’d definitely reccomend coming to this stores location.

I know this is a little late getting posted but I want to give credit where it was due. Back on the 16th of November I visited this location about 45 minutes to close but I wanted to add my daughter onto my cell phone plan for her birthday. Believe me when I say Cory went above and beyond! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and up beat. He also got me a really good deal! Most definitely will be going back there if I ever need anything. Thank you so much!

Luis is awesome!!! I had been waiting for five minutes and he came out, helped me with my free notebook (T Mobile Tuesdays) and he sold me a great IPad that I love. He is so personable that I could’ve talked to him for hours. He got the IPad set up and told me about my savings as well as how much I’d be paying a month. My T Mobile experience was a great one!!! Luis was great! He helped me add 2 phone lines. He was very personable and funny. My teenage girls had fun messing with him!

Zae was great! We went in to upgrade an old phone. But Zae knew we needed more than just a phone. When it was all said and done, we left with a new phone, a new speaker and two trackers! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end! It was the best time we've had at a T-Mobile store!

T-Mobile on Bechtle Avenue in Springfield is excellent! The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable! Wendy, the manager, is always friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend using this store for all your cell phone needs! No reason to look anywhere else!!

Korey was amazing. Had a broken phone, still owed on it and SOL. He quickly found a solution and I walked out with a newer version of my same phone. Chefs Kiss 💋! Thank you Korey! Everyone else was so professional and on point. They all jumped in and helped when needed.

Zae,Wendy and Staff were amazing and very personable, saved us money and got new phones. Highly recommend anyone needing help, or new phones to go see this wonderful group of people.

This is the best phone store I've ever dealt with. The service staff member, Matt, was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. For 3 numbers (phones) unlimited talk, text, and data is only $120.00 a month compared to Verizon that wanted $194.70 a month for the same plan.
