I couldn't have been any happier with the customer service from Wyatt. I had found flooring I liked at a different store closer to my location, but I did not like the lack of customer service I experienced at another store, so I looked for other retailers of this particular brand and came in contact with Wyatt. He was super helpful, incredibly patient and provided good service even before knowing if I was going to purchase from him. He was kind and not pushy. He is also very responsive. Worth checking out even if they are not the closest to your location, as you will not be disappointed. Wyatt was also great to work with over phone/text.

This company is first class if you need flooring. They just finished the second installation for us. We have had them install both vinyl flooring & w-to-w carpeting. Both jobs were very successful. This is a family owned and run business and they aim to please. There were many twists and turns and they accommodated all of our requests.

Hello my name is David Lewis I live out in limecrest I would just like to give a very good thumbs up to this place they helped me in my time of need and I would recommend this store to anybody it is a family-owned business it's a father and son and I will recommend this place to anybody that needs help with flowing carpeting what not they actually are located in Springfield Ohio 1 East main Street I would definitely recommend recommend this place to anybody I don't want to say the owner went above and beyond the sun went above and beyond even help me out with a delivery problem but I don't think I could have put it in my vehicle and he brought it to my house so if anybody is looking for a great floor place that deals with carpeting flooring like I said all that I would recommend this company I will definitely go back to this company

Great customer service! Quick to schedule measurements and install. Good selection of in stock material.They installed both carpet and vinyl plank flooring for us. Installers were knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. During carpet install some water damage was discovered to the subfloor, I was immediately informed and given the option to fix it myself or allow them to. The small delay didn't affect the finishing timeline. Will refer anyone looking for flooring to Byrum's

Hardwood flooring and quality carpet is a major investment and you want to know beyond the shadow of a doubt that the people you are dealing with are seasoned professionals and will shoot straight when advising you. Bryum’s is that kind of place with those kind of employees. The install crews were enthusiastic, energetic and good at what they do. All construction debris was hauled away on a daily basis and the site was spic and span at the end of the work day. The showroom has a huge selection of products and the staff is knowledgeable and do not pressure you into anything. I’d go with these guys and gals again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent! So impressed with all their floor samples. Had new kitchen floor installed and very happy with the way it turned out. The installers were very nice and did an awesome job! Will be going back in the future!

We have had Byrum’s Floor Store install several rooms of flooring in three different homes. They have done a great job each time with reasonable pricing. Their recommendations for our basement and an old farm house have been valuable. We would recommend and will continue to use Byrum’s Floor Store.

We have had all hardwoods put down on main level. They have installed 4 bedrooms of carpeting. We are going g to have 3 season room carpeted.
This is ,by far, the best place to get flooring, whatever kind it might be.
All aspects of this company are exceptional.
