Springfield VA Outpatient Clinic

This is totally awesome when compared to the location in the shopping center. The patient is assigned a room and the staff comes to that room to see the patient.

My husband is a veteran and is treated with respect.

Fantastic staff!

I understand that everywhere is understaffed, but there is NO excuse to leave someone in a room for 45 minutes waiting on discharge paperwork. They need to get their staff to actually do their jobs and not neglect their patients. These are mostly elderly people that the staff obviously does not respect or care about. Patients and their families should not be having to hunt down employees and being ignored on multiple occasions.

Cancelled appt. Never called. Drove all way there for nothing

My father was treated poorly
He had a injury and they treated him very poorly
This was elderly abuse the people there did not care
They lied about coming to look at an injury and they never showed up
