U-Haul Moving & Storage of Springfield

Scheduled a storage unit and truck rental a week in advance and all was ready to go upon arrival. Friendly and helpful folks. Would rent truck again if needed. Storage unit easy access and clean. First storage experience and it went well.

Made my rental appointment online the night before and they were ready to go when I arrived. It was a quick, simple process with no major difficulties. I returned the truck after hours using the web link they provided for that purpose. I had no problems here so I'd consider coming here again for rentals.

This was the best U-haul experience I have ever had. There were two employees present on what was a cold, icy morning. I believe Chad was the one working the desk. He was very polite, competent, and helpful. The other employee, cleaned the ice from the windows and warmed up the truck. I've definitely had bad experiences at other U-haul locations. We were on our way quickly and without trouble. The truck was very new and clean.

The general manager Alex, was very professional very courteous Kama and ferry knowledgeable. Anytime I ran into a logistical issue on my side he would provide a solution. If I memory need Au haul and I'm in town I will definitely use this location.

I use these guys every time I have to move stuff. They are professional and do not overcharge unnecessarily like some rental companies.

The trucks are easy and fun to drive (automatic transmission) and if you simply return the truck the way you got it; you avoid extra charges.

I usually sweep out the back, re-fold & stuff the cover blankets, and get the gas back up to where it was when I rented it.

I've had wonderful experiences with U-Haul, this one in particular, has incredible customer service. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend them!
