I was referred by a good friend and bought a Guzzi from this Dealer. I dealt with Enzo the owner and he was truly a down to earth guy! 6 🌟 experience. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I made my way from Philly and am happy I did! Stelvio in my future?!😊

Over the last 4+ years, I have had a few interactions with this shop, Enzo the owner, and some of the staff.

Let me tell you something very important…

If you have a problem with this place, you need to have a “Heart to Heart, Come to Jesus” moment with the person in your bathroom mirror.

These gentlemen are absolutely excellent. They are polite, helpful, and go out of their way to help their CUSTOMERS.

I have 7 Moto Guzzi motorcycles and unfortunately, none of them were purchased from Cadre Cycle as 6 of them were previously owned. My next new one will be though. No question about it.

My new to me 2023 V100 Mandello S recently had some errors show on the dashboard. I called down to Cadre, told them how I had bought the motorcycle used, and they literally bent over backwards to accommodate me as I live 115 miles away from them.

They couldn’t guarantee getting me finished in the same morning but they gave me a first thing Saturday appointment.

I arrived today precisely at 9:30 and they were waiting for me. They greeted me with smiling faces and offered to help me unload my motorcycle.

They took my motorcycle back into the shop and listened to my brief explanation of what had transpired to get to these errors. They quickly diagnosed the problem. I had had a battery failure and a loose ground strap.

I mistakenly thought I had already changed the battery out to a lithium battery in this motorcycle but when they took off the battery cover, it was the exact same stock battery. Boy did I feel stupid but Enzo said not to worry and everything was fine.

Enzo is a class act and if you have a problem with him, I promise you, the problem is with you! I don’t care where you go motorcycle wise, you would be very hard-pressed to find a nicer, more polite, and more fair motorcycle businessman.

Fast forward about 40 minutes and my motorcycle was sporting a brand new battery, the ground strap was cleaned and tightened properly, and all the errors in my dash were cleared and gone.

The total charge was a new battery and half an hour of labor! Unbelievably inexpensive. What a testament to honesty in business!

I was so impressed yet again by this interaction with Cadre Cycle.

Tim, one of the older employees (like me), had listened to my conversation with him and commented if I had seen the newest exhaust offering they had in stock for my V100. I had been contemplating this exact setup for a month and here was the exhaust, hanging right on the wall!

Tim was so polite and non-pressure that I decided right there that I was going to buy it to help support this excellent Ohio dealer. He also had the gold wheel I wanted hanging on the display wall and when I asked if he had the matching mate, he asked to let him check and he jumped right up, went in the back. 3 minutes later he brought me the 2nd wheel still in its protective box. He repacked the display wheel into its box and then helped me carry my purchases out to my vehicle to load them.

It was my sincere pleasure to spend my money in this store. They appreciated my business and at no time did I feel like anybody there, COVETED MONEY. Yes, businesses need to make a profit to survive but it was so refreshing at Cadre Cycle to not feel like they were trying to reach into my wallet.

Nowadays, it seems that all people want is your money and to hell with customer service. Not Cadre Cycle! These gentlemen truly and genuinely care about their customers. If you treat them politely and with the proper respect, they will return it to you in kind 10 fold.

So, if you haven’t been to Cadre Cycle and met Enzo and his crew, do yourself a favor and please go there! We have so few Moto Guzzi dealers in the USA and especially stellar ones like Cadre Cycle. You want to be a customer here. Trust me. They are that great. 👍

Small shop with a couple unique older models on display. The guys here were so informative. In a world full of Harleys and Hondas, it was so refreshing to learn about the history and quality of the Moto Guzzi.

The entire shop is a gem! Enzo got me set up on a V85TT Guardia D'onore after a test drive. He was very low pressure and actually wanted me to take my time and make sure it was right for me.

I loved my experience so much that I came back to get heated grips installed (after talking to Tim over the phone) and by the time I arrived Joseph (I think is his name) took my bike as soon as I arrived and had it done in no time. Meanwhile I got to pick the brains of Tim and Enzo, who are through-and-through Guzzi guys. They've ran their products for a long time and know them very well. Looking at how clean the install was Joseph definitely knows his way around these things as well.

Looking for a Guzzi? Check these guys out and you won't regret it. I know I'm very much a happy customer.

These guys are the real deal. I drove 5+ hours from Pennsylvania to have my Moto Guzzi MGX-21 serviced from some issues it was having from the prior seller. Cadre Cycles took great care of me, and got everything sorted out on my bike. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, when I buy another bike it will be from them! Thanks guys!

Update 1/12/2024: Well I finally caved and bought a Guzzi. Took a test ride of a V7 special and fell in love. Enzo worked with me to trade in my Street Glide (I know, I am a convert). These guys are a great resource and beyond helpful. Very glad to have this dealership local and cant wait for the spring!

I bought a Moto Guzzi in the summer of 2021 from the closest dealer to my home (not Cadre). The problems arose when I needed something after the sale, they never answer their phones and don't respond to voicemails. Regardless I took my bike back there for 1st service and later found out they didn't do half of what was on the checklist but said they did and charged for it. After that experience, I decided to drive 2 hours to Cadre. They have been wonderful! They take the time to explain things and you can tell they are passionate about Moto Guzzi. They answer every time I call and respond to emails. I have and will refer anyone looking for a motorcyle or for service to go see them.

Great place to buy a Moto Guzzi. I bought my v85tt Adventure this summer 22’. I’ll be bringing it in soon for its first service. Would have never bought this brand of bike had it not been for Enzo and Tim. There was never any pressure to buy and they made it easy. Got to pick my bike right off the truck and they had it ready in a week.

I've been riding for over 45 years and this is one of the best shops I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I like them so much I drove all the way from Wichita KS to buy a bike from them. Enzo doesn't know it yet, but I haven't purchased my last bike from him. Support these guys.
