Great selection of high quality clothing for me and my husband at this beautiful, clean store. We’re both big fans of their Camp shorts, coats and flannel sheets. Staff knows the stock thoroughly, and they’re friendly and make it fun to shop there.

The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to move through. There is a decent amount of parking right in front of the store. The store is also easily accessible on foot from the main Easton mall area.

I'm so glad to have a local LL Bean store in Columbus. The sales associates are welcoming, educated about their products and very helpful. I was winter coat shopping and tried on multiple coats, which is necessary because each coat seemed to have a slightly different fit. I found it helpful to read product reviews before going in. Also each product has multiple features so I read about some coats ahead of time so I knew that the fur zipped off of the down ultra warm jacket that I bought. The hood is adjustable too, which a one-size-fits-all hood has always a problem for me. My boyfriend found a coat but thought it was slightly short on him. The sales associate Rachel helped him order it in the Tall length. Will be shipped to our home next week with free shipping. Great brand. Great lasting products. Great experience!

Excellent quality, fit, style, wear-life, pricing and comfort. Customer service is excellent, parking a breeze & if any item is not in stock, a thorough search is made to locate a desired item throughout the corporate system They keep their words.

Saw a great coat in their catalog And went to the store To have a look. It turned out It was exactly what I was looking for, waterproof, down interior lightweight And quite warm. A little pricey but should last for for many years. All in all very happy with my purchase and will be going back for more Soon.

This store is great for high quality products and their customer service is amazing! I found the perfect rain jacket for me but it wasn't the color I was looking for. Amadea was very friendly and helped me order it in the right color and size, and it got to my house promptly. I love it!

Great quality clothing. A little pricey but hard to complain with 100% cotton and 100% linen options. Plus I just got dress pants with pockets!

Found the shoes & dress I wanted. Everyone who works in the store is helpful. Always a treat to go into the store. Many types of footwear for men & women in stock. Still have some cool weather clothing. And summer clothes & sweaters in lovely colors have arrived. Park near the North entrance or the South for easy access. Close to Mongolian Barbecue & Instanbul for Turkish cuisine.

Emily was so helpful today! I have been looking for “the perfect” hiking backpack and had very specific ideas about what I needed. Emily and I had a great conversation about a few of the bags and I ended up getting exactly what I needed! Beautiful store, and exceptional staff! I needed to get some pants for my 94 year d father. Lisa helped me pick out a variety of styles for him to try on at home. She is so nice and helpful! The merchandise is all extremely high quality and the store is very easy to move around in. I will definitely be back!

I went in for a pair of shoes that I had seen on the catalog. The gentleman that helped me got my size and the size of above as well just so that I could make an determination as to which ones were more comfortable. I got excellent customer service. Also the store was not crowded.

I had a wonderful experience today!
Went in for a gift that I had picked out online. They told me normal turn around time for a monogram is two business days (which I was thrilled with) yet, they were not busy so they were able to do it while I was in the store! It took less than 15 minutes and turned out wonderfully! They also provided a nice gift box and tissue paper, saving me even more time on this gift! Every employee was cheerful, and helpful! This was my first time in the store and my first LLBean purchase and after this experience, it will definitely not be my last.

The staff here is amazing! I took my mom in to buy new new pants because she's lost a lot of weight and loves LL Bean pants. She's also not as mobile as she once was so its hard for her to move around the store and get in and out of the dressing rooms to find new pants. The lady that helped us was amazing! She would come in and check on my mom and go out and get her new pants and sizes. So helpful and sweet. Another time I was in this store I had my toddler daughter who was very interested in the tent and camp scene that was set up. One of the workers came over and sat with us and played with my daughter. I was so worried about my daughter messing up the display but the lady that worked there assured me it was ok and that's what it was there for! So friendly and amazing to sit with my daughter and interact with her.

I have always liked them as a company, and have used many, many products from them for years. Growing up I had a Deluxe Backpack that lasted me 12 years of elementary, middle, and high school. Still have it for trips if needed too.
Great products, and this location has some very friendly staff too. Love the giant boot out front!
