Update and Edit-I am absolutely apologetic. This was a simple miscommunication on my behalf. The physicians who have been tending too me had nothing too do with my paranoia. They had no intentions of doing what it was that I heard. An too be absolutely honest I was somewhere between half sleep and half awake due to my medications. They made sure I ate, stayed clean and no there was no talk of anti-coagulants in the form of which I expressed it. I will remove my review, it was genuinely not fair too them and I reasonably was coherent enough too comprehend what it was they were telling me. Now that I have rested (as suggested by the Ortho Residents) I now understand that they meant too send me home with anti-coagulants in the future not in the near present. They wanted too make sure my surgical wounds were closed before I continued taking the anti-coagulants, which was not there plan for today. May the blame of miscommunication be placed on my short mental capacity under medication.

I never had a surgery where I could walk and move in the first week until I was cared for by the Orthopedic Residents at UC.

I’ve definitely had more ortho surgeries than the average person! Dr Grawe has done all 3 and I have better range of motion and restored use of each appendage than any other person I’ve known in the tri-state. By far the best ortho surgeon in the area!

Dr. Archdeacon is a miracle-worker. My pelvis was broken pretty badly. I could not move or walk and could have had lifelong problems. The surgery he did to put rods in and stabilize my fractures has left me completely healed with zero complications. It's difficult to even imagine I was ever injured. I thank him all the time in my prayers!

Dr archdeacon did an incredible job on my broken femur , he also had to put a rod in my leg. He was very patient while obviously being very busy. I never had to wait more than 15 min at the most Which was great cause was painful for me.i have been injured before by far best dr\surgeon I have ever felt with. Thank you !!!!!

It can be a bit difficult getting through on phones at times, but the staff and Dr. Daley are fantastic. Very attentive and really do a wonderful job. They worked with me to customize my recovery by giving me options.

I rarely give bad reviews but I was not pleased with my experience here. My doctor referred me here for a ganglion cyst in my wrist. The first doctor I saw (I think Petrides) was nice and receptive, but she wasn’t able to perform the cyst aspiration so a second doctor, some dude, came in. I explained to him that since getting the cyst my wrist often hurt, felt stiff, and my fingers sometimes feel numb. He said none of those issues would be from a ganglion cyst. I asked if I could have carpal tunnel and he said no, not likely because my age. I kept asking questions trying to figure out why my hand/fingers would hurt or feel numb and he seemed unreceptive. I felt humiliated, like he didn’t believe me that I had these symptoms. He then did a bad job at aspirating the cyst (I still have it). They lied in my notes, saying there were two physicians present when he aspirated which was not true, it was just him. They also said they explained what to expect after the procedure which was also not true, they didn’t tell me if I’d have any pain or for how long (I did, for a few days). When I messaged them asking why it said these things they ignored me. Funny how he made me feel like I was lying about my symptoms yet he lied in the doctors notes. I wouldn’t recommend.

Editing to add: You will also get charged twice, once by the doctor and once by the hospital. Apparently the hospital charges their own fees. I got that bill months later. They claimed that I signed a paper agreeing to this but when I asked to see it they couldn’t show me. Salt to the wound! Avoid!!

This is the worst hospital experience I have ever had. Extremely frustrated with the whole team, doctors ,PA and the team who handles workers compensation paperwork! The main office number will never answer the phone and you will be disconnected every time you call. BE AWARE that if you are a federal employee who is covered by workers compensation, please don't waste your time at this place, because the doctors will tell you" I'll let my team handle the forms" instead so signing the forms they just delay and ignore any request. They have been delaying my paperwork for more than a month. Just no response whatsoever. The main doctor only comes in once a week, so if you have important forms for them to sign mostly likely will be delayed.I did everything I could, called, messaged, and emailed them no response, like they don't care about their patients' needs, you know people rely on workers compensation to get paid so that they can pay bills. You gotta wait forever...so unprofessional and extremely ridiculous, this place is a joke!

This is the worst hospital I’ve ever had to work with. What a joke. Dr. Archdeacon, and the PA Zach should be ashamed. My boyfriend was here for an ankle surgery, he got an infection, from sloppy unclean pins in his foot, which landed him back in the ER twice and over nights in the hospital. He then feel very ill because of the high dose of antibiotics he was on. No one cared about his extreme symptoms, even when he returned for the 4th time to the ER to get help. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone in this office let alone get answers. If I could rate this place zero I would. BEWEAR!!! Just go somewhere else.

I have had many incidents and this one is very questionable. The doctors that seen me were so worried about going on a lunch break that they spent only a couple minutes with me. My past injuries I was able to use my foot within weeks and I haven’t used my foot since the injury happened. I feel that more is wrong then what they’re telling me.

I wish ZERO stars were an option, the person at the front desk is rude and should not be working with people, just because of her it makes your whole practice look bad. Will never reccommend to anyone to have to deal with this place. Its a shame.

The office is named "orthopedics" but they don't have a wheelchair for a 65 yr old w/a broken ankle using crutches on wrists that had two surgeries. The med tech said he would make sure I didn't fall, while walking 10' ahead of me. 🤕😵‍💫

I had a Doctor tell me he couldn’t operate on me because I had Social security Medicare . That I wouldn’t pay him. My credit score is 7.5 and who in the hell would tell someone that. Shame on you Dr. you know who you are.

This place is HORRIBLE! They are extremely rude! I came in for a knee problem and I saw someone who is only works in SPINE. I had a few questions pertaining to my knee and she cut me off every time I spoke. I would give it ZERO STARS!
