Oh man this was such wonderful food! Lots of veggie options , great tea, and so many choices of naan!

An excellent Indian restaurant, located in a quaint building. The food was delicious and prepared very fast.

The food was incredible! I ordered takeout and the pickup experience was very smooth, they had my food ready at the counter as I walked in. Not incredibly spicy - I ordered max level on a few of my dishes - but everything was super tasty and rich with spices. Portions were large and every dish came with a heaping carton of rice. I definitely plan on returning to try out more of their offerings

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Sai was our servicer and He was excellent from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. I order Chicken Tandoori (3 spice). My husband had chicken Makhani (2 spice). I tried the house tea and it was was also very tasty. For dessert we had the rice pudding and ice cream The ambience was very peaceful and relaxing . Highly recommend 5 stars!!! Pictures don’t do it justice.

The food was out of this world! Great flavors, fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our server was kind and efficient. You get a lot of food for your money when you eat at Dusmesh!

What a great find! We came here after not being able to find parking up in Clifton. We're so glad we did... Genuinely DELICIOUS north Indian food! We ordered samosas to start- they were perfectly spiced and piping hot, with yummy chutneys. Food came quick - for our two adults, a teen and a tween (with peanut and cashew allergies) we ordered just two entrees: Saag Chicken and an order of Boti (chicken) Kabob, one aloo paratha, and two each of regular and garlic naan. (We like to have leftovers to nibble). The naan were huuuuge❤, delicious and buttery, and the perfect match for the extremely awesome saag chicken - it wasn't oily like lots of places, and super tasty flavors. My teen kept quoting some gif about "these flavors are melting on my tongue!" 😅 Our server Keerthi checked on the allergies situation for us and was overall very sweet (we asked her to turn the music down at one point and she kindly did). We ended up packing leftovers and ordering one more full order of the Boti. Maaaan it was good. Onions and green peppers grilled along side gorgeous chunks of grilled chicken, with a touch of sweetness and a charcoal-y edge... So yummy!
So... Come here! Easy parking, delicious food, cute setting (no orange paint like the Google reviews, very clean and cozy and calm) and good service. We'll be back!

Our food was very yummy and they had a walk up window to help with social distancing. We received plenty of food for the price and the staff were very nice. They even gave us two small deserts with our meal. Our only complaint was about the naan which was fine but we have had better.

I absolutely love the buffet here! Awesome food. When I approached the restaurant it didn't look like anything special. Inside, I found a nice looking restaurant that was very clean. I was greeted right away by friendly staff. You will see them in one of the pictures. The buffet was awesome. A decent selection with amazing tasting food. The service was above-average. The staff was extremely pleasant to talk to. The buffet will set you back about $10 for lunch. It's a great deal and I recommend this place.

We got the Saag Paneer, Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan and a mango milkshake. Everything was super flavorful and pretty big portions! The milkshake was thinner than expected but still very good! 8.6/10

Great variety, good portion sizes on the dinner menu, and super friendly and attentive staff. There are plenty of vegetarian options, as well as chicken, lamb, and seafood. I have placed a few large to go orders in advance for groups of 20+ and everything was ready on time and the orders accurate. I love that the chicken is shredded in the tikka masala instead of huge chunks, it seems like it is more flavorful that way. The various saag dishes are great too. All of the varieties of naan are delicious and fresh; with the paneer naan being my favorite. I have never been disappointed here whether it is dining in or take away. The extra treat at the end of your meal is a nice touch too. Highly recommend if you are in the mood for Indian food!

The food was excellent and the service was some of the best I have received in YEARS. The atmosphere and music set a romantic and peaceful vibe. The ambiance is something you crave after a long stressful day. Sai was fantastic, very polite, and attentive. I would give this restaurant six stars if I could.

i expected the naan to just be normal sized but it's HUGE. other food is great too

Kadal chicken was great, I like the flavor of chicken curry. The naan was so much I could only eat half. So far, a good experience for me! Will be coming back.

As you can see from the near clean plates, this lamb curry was excellent!

The naan fantastic, and the mango lasse hit the spot. This meal was just what the doctor ordered and Dusmesh did it right.

In here is a laid back environment, more casual grad student haunt than one of the fancier places up the street.

I’ve been here before, and I will happily dine here again.

Thank God for Cincinnati’s excellent food scene.

Having eaten Indian food in 40 states in the US so far (including in global places such NYC, Hawaii the Bay area, Chicago, Miami, LA etc ), I've to say that Dushmesh has the yummiest Garlic naan, and tandoori butter roti among wherever I've eaten Indian food (and that's what I mostly eat 😜). The servers are very courteous too 💯

The flavor here. Of the food is amazing!!!! Best Indian I have had in 15+ years. For spice lovers get level 5/6 or 6/6 cause food isn’t very spicy so to keep every palate in mind. Good portions and a lot of variety. Will definitely be back.

Each bite prompted yet another , "MMM Gawd!...this is good !!"
I had the Goat/Lamb Vindaloo!..and Garlic Nan Bread.

This was my long time favorite Indian food spot when I was a student at UC. We stopped for take out tonight. The cost was about $50.00 for an appetizer, Naan, and 2 entrees. It was worth every penny!!! We have so many leftovers. This will be several meals for my husband and me. The hostess was very kind, THANKS for that!!!
The location does not immediately look like a commercial restaurant. It looks like one of the large Clifton houses if you are just driving by. There is a small parking lot on the side of the house. It is easy to enter and exit it from Ludlow. You may want to use your GPS if you have never been here before so you don't miss it. 😉 It's right across from Cincinnati State.

Food was delicious! I got the lamb curry at level 1 and it was perfect. The nan didn’t come with anything, so if you want to dip it in something you’ll have to order something with it.

Service was kind and nice!
