Shoe Carnival

My granddaughter and I had the most wonderful shoe shopping experience at this Heath Mall location. The manager of the store was not just professional, but also friendly, helpful, pleasant and went above and beyond for us. Each and every shoe she recommended or showed us, we purchased! Bought few pairs for my granddaughter,
few pairs for my daughter, few for myself too! Great selection of HEY DUDES brand shoes for men, women and children. Many are on sale, so get yours soon! Super comfy! We bought many! The fabulous discounts and sales are hard to beat. I have to admit, this is the best service I've ever had at a shoe store, and I've shopped at thousands of them, in the U.S. and other countries, in my lifetime lol. My granddaughter was very happy, which also made me happy. Wish all shoe shopping experiences would be as phenomenal as this one! Bought several pairs this day. Ones that did not come in my or my daughter's sizes, she (the store manager) simply ordered them and had them shipped directly to my house! Transaction was quick, simple and painless! They arrived within 3-4 days! I hope this company recognizes her excellent service! I do highly recommend this store and hope your experience will be as joyous as ours. Covid-friendly. Great customer service from the employees. Not a whole lot of options for footwear and accessories, but if you aren't a picky shopper and just want a quick in and out shopping experience at decent prices.. Shoe Carnival is for you.

It's awesome they always help you and always have the best shoes Love this store it's awesome I used to get shoes at Walmart they have nothing in there we Love shoe carnival but you do need a bigger sine I did not know you were there until I was sitting in my van and seen old navy then I seen you store a lot of people don't even know you store is there but I tell everyone about shoe carnival

Some really great sales if you are willing to take some time and look through their clearance section. I am very picky, but found my new favorite boots here.

Got a pair of adidas foot wear there and it was worth the trip from franklin down here.. shoe was pretty much great and was under 70 dollars.. fits perfectly..

All of the associates were very friendly!! They didn't have what I was looking for and offered to order it for me. I will definitely be back! Great variety of shoes and nice, friendly, happy employees.

I love this Shoe Carnival! I always choose to go here for myself, my husband and my 3 kids (even with the mall being right across the street) because the customer service is always great! The girls here make themselves available for any questions or help finding something and they always get the mates to the shoes really quickly! With awesome customer service and the great sales Shoe Carnival always has, you can't go wrong shopping here!

First time visit!!! Friendly, helpful and awesome variety of shoes! Bought two pair of Crocs a new tie dyed and out of this world swirl (just in)!

The Manger was super and staff were super friendly when my fiance and I walked in 30 minutes before they closed and they helped us find what we were looking for. Highly recommend this store 😊😊 you guys rock!

Best place to get non slip work shoes. Alway have great sales like buy one get one half off. They offer military discount as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to other stores, they also carry some Hard to find sizes.

I was able to look up the shoe I wanted and see if it was available in the store. So when u got there I was able to just go straight to the shoe abd get it.
