We received a notice from our new insurance company that we had some loose shingles that would need repaired, and we were given a tight deadline. We reached out to Bryan Addis roofing and are so glad we did! They were friendly and professional while scheduling my service, as well as throughout the service itself. They answered all of my questions, completed the job in a timely manner, and the price was a relief compared to what we had been expecting. While in the process of selling my dad’s house, we needed some information about the roof that my father was unable to provide. We learned that Bryan had replaced his roof in 2013, so I reached out to him. Without hesitation or being asked, not only did Bryan make multiple trips to inspect the roof, but he also fixed some minor issues at no cost. We contracted with Bryan to re-roof our house, he came out and walked and inspected the roof, took measurements the old school way with a tape measure (the most accurate way ) and prepared a detailed estimate that anticipated all known problems. We accepted the proposal. On 11/1/23 his crew arrived at 7:30 replaced 25.33 square of shingles. replaced 4 4x8 deck panels, rerouted a plumbing vent and they were done and cleaned up by about 3:30. Excellent job, outstanding crew and great workmanship. I very highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

We recently had a small roof leak that caused some significant mold and water damage to our home. Bryan was very responsive to both phone calls and texts. He came out very quickly and found the source of the leak and repaired it and then later when I was having the water damage cleaned up, another spot was discovered and he very promptly came out and tarped the roof to protect from further damage. His prices were always fair and reasonable and he seemed very knowledgable and experienced. I would highly recommend him.

We contacted Bryan when we had roofing issues come up on an inspection report while selling our house. He had replaced a roof for us on a previous home so we knew exactly who to call this time! Update from two years later: Had a huge windstorm come through and I lost a section of ridge vent. I called Bryan and he immediately came out and fixed it and took amazing care of me. He is a real professional who take incredible pride in his work and I trust him totally.

From beginning to end, my experience with Bryan Addis Roofing was excellent. Bryan's communication throughout the process was great. He showed up on-time for our initial meeting and was polite and professional. When inspecting my roof he noticed that the rubber boots that seal my plumbing vents were totally rotted away and certainly causing leaks. Bryan immediately put some new temporary boots to prevent further damage. He did this without any charge or obligation to use his company. Bryan's work crew were great! These guys worked quickly and cleanly and did a fantastically high quality job. I highly recommend Bryan Addis Roofing!

When Bryan inspected my roof and made a few requested repairs, there was no pressure from him to replace my roof, even though I knew it was needed. When replacement time did arrive, Bryan made money saving, practical and esthetic suggestions to this novice. Beyond the contract, he made several extra repairs that he knew were needed and that I could not see. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, polite and on time. From beginning discussion to final cleanup, I have been extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Bryan Addis to replace my roof.

My experience dealing with Addis could not have been better! I had an issue with my roof that was causing additional damage inside my home. Bryan installed a new CertainTeed class 4 impact resistant Northgate roof recently and left me super impressed!!
I am shocked after getting 15 quotes for a new roof that so few roofers understand the major manufacturer warranties (CertainTeed, Atlas, Malarkey, Owens Corning) and even fewer understand the manufacturer scoring.
I was looking for a 5-star installer which qualifies for the manufacturer "backing" the workmanship of the install.

Out of those 15 quotes only 3 roofers acted like they knew what I was talking about .

Bryan knew what the major manufacturers look for to deny claims and threw in items to mitigate that (something such as improper upstairs bathroom venting can get a shingle claim denied).
His lead time was less than 10 days and his installers worked their rears off and never complained...I almost think they love doing what they do.

I'm so glad I head about Bryan Addis Roofing. He was professional, prompt, and actually responds to communication...unlike other roofing companies I contacted. Came out within a day to inspect our roof and fixed the problem the next day. Highly recommend.
