AT&T Store

We recently purchased two iPhone 15 Pro Max devices from AT&T at Costco, intending for a seamless carrier switch. However, a problem with the account number entry turned what should have been a simple fix into a tedious process. Upon returning to Costco for assistance, we were told they were just “a point of sale” and couldn’t help with the update and told us to visit an actual AT&T store. After going there they couldn't access our account due to third-party system at Costco is different than AT&T formal stores. Even though a representative at Costco initially mentioned we could return for issues with the account number, the different agent today told us she can’t help us. After hours of calls and waiting, we managed to resolve the issue, but the experience made the convenience of purchasing from AT&T at Costco seem not worth the hassle. Just get your devices from actual AT&T store, and the few discounts at Costco doesn’t worth it.

I got stopped by the At&T sales rep. He informed me I would pay 65 dollars a month for a iPhone 14 and an iPhone 14pro max. It was all types of discounts and freebies including. After getting home and looking at my phone I would be charged 65 dollars a month for one iPhone and 165 a month for the other iPhone. When calling Costco at&t line they would not help at all. They informed me to wait for next 3 phone bills. You can only return the phones from 60/90 days. I returned the phones and still have not received my refund for the sales tax of $140.00. This has been a nightmare and nobody seems to be able to figured out my refund or why I was quoted two different prices.
