Audi Bedford Service and Parts

Exceptional, attentive, professional service experience. Exceeded my admittedly high expectations. To be candid, this was my first Audi purchase and subsequent service experience. However, I’ve purchased and leased several Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and BMWs from their respective dealerships,
and Audi Bedford did not disappoint. Alex (GM) and Anthony (Serv. Rep.) are to be credited.

Making an appointment was a breeze with immediate and flexible availability. Tony greeted me before I even got out of my car. 30 minutes later he had me out of there with my car as good as it better than new!

The issue was diagnosed and problems fixed. I was given a loaner same model as my car. Details of work done and free inspection was well documented. Team was pleasant, professional and supportive.

The parts department was extremely helpful, very efficient, and very polite. Highly recommend! Wait time was less than 10 minutes, as far as nowadays go, anything after Covid it takes less than 10 minutes is quick in my book. The entire building is very clean and has a total feel of elegance to it.

We were 325 miles from home and discovered a huge metal object in one of our tires. Alison was great in getting us scheduled to get a new tire installed. We were there less than a hour and back on the road. Service could not have been better.

Have been with Audi Bedford for 20+ yrs. Jeff Reuss is an amazing GM. Alison in service was fantastic on my most recent service visit without an appointment btw!!! Love Audi Bedford

Did the diagnostic check quickly and then quickly gave pricing on some of the services they recommended which I could easily agree to or decline. Very quick and efficient!

Very efficient, had oil changed, took 40 min and I was out, that included my car getting washed in/out. Amazing team and service!!

Visiting from out of state, I managed to slash a tire and needed a tow from the SouthPark Mall. This dealership was not the closest but they were the most helpful. Anthony managed to work me in, and my car was ready the next day. I have five stars for the people, despite them having the worst phone system I’ve ever been forced to use.
