Darren was professional and thorough. He repaired our gas logs expertly and educated us on how to care for our gas logs.

Doug did a great job of servicing our pellet stove. Service when we finally got on their schedule was great, just took a bit of time to get the work on their calendar.

My family just moved into our new home. Unknown by us, the gas to the fireplace had been cutoff and for that reason we could not get the fireplace lit. So after a search for authorized dealers we were able to connect with Mr. Jeffrey Nelson. What a PROFESSIONAL!!! He actually took time out of his day to walk me through the entire process over the phone. It was as if he was in my living room guiding my every movement. I am a Army retiree after 21 years and that is the kind of service and expertise i recall from my military days. I am a customer for life. I wish everyone was as professional as Mr. Jeffrey Nelson. I have a fireplace that a local store told me the problem with my fireplace and would cost $ 170 to look at it, plus up to $ 500 to repair. I was not convinced with their answers so I called Jeff. He told me the fireplace that I have did not have the system that the others wanted to look at , and told me what to try. In 30 minutes I did what Jeff recommended and my fireplace is working perfectly with no parts needed. Will call Jeff if service is needed in the future. Thank you Jeff !

I called in with some questions about our gas fireplace. I was expecting the company to send someone out that would charge me $100 to just diagnose the issue. This was not the case. Jeffrey answered and spent an hour walking me through checks, emailing pictures, and eliminating potential problems until he isolated the source. He even told me to come in and he can show me how to make the system more efficient. I can't say enough about this type of business. In a world were everybody is trying to make a fast buck, these guys are still following the "do right by people and the business will come" approach. I highly recommend Fireside Hearth of Lewis Center.

Recently purchased a Quadra-Fire (model: Discovery-ll-C) from a dealer in a neighboring state (no local dealer near me in Tulsa).

I had dealer issues with their installation and lost confidence in anything they told me. I wasn't sure on the correct operation of the dampers on my stove and reached out to the Fireside Hearth company and left a message on their voicemail. Immediately afterwards I received a phone call from Mr. Jeffrey Nelson (a technician for Fireside Hearth). He took his time and walked me through in detail on the stoves operation. Mr. Nelson addressed all my concerns without once saying anything negative about his competition dealer that I purchased my stove from. A true professional. Mr. Nelson ended our phone call conversation by adding I can always call back again if I needed.

If I need service parts (which you will to maintain this wonderful stove), I will be buying from Fireside Hearth Company in Ohio.

I called Fireside by NCI to try to get a service tech out for our Majestic Gas FP that is not working. Jeffrey Nelson answered the phone, and although they don’t service the Majestic brand, he was so very helpful in helping me and instructing me to help figure out the issue.

I highly recommend this company. Any company that will try to help someone.... (even if they don’t service a certain brand) gets an A+ rating from me.

I call Fireside Hearth and Home because I have two Heatnglo fireplaces in a new home I just bought. I had no idea how to work them and I wanted to make sure I was operating them safely.
