Kroger Marketplace

This location is clean, the store is bright & well staffed. Plus the parking lot is clear cut. Cashier was friendly & I had a cartload & the wait for ringing out was only a couple minutes. It was an easy trip.

Always a decent place to shop. Staff is relatively friendly most of the time, you have the one off irritated customer service desk person who might chide you for returning clothing but no big deal. The deli workers here can be a bit irritable also.

I was going to buy some pickles but I couldnt locate them! But two kind gentlemen named Zeke and Luci helped me find them and even asked about how my day was, they were both so kind and they went the extra mile! Please give them the raise they deserve!!! Dont lose these valuable Employes!

I ordered food trays from the Kroger Deli, using the web site. I chose 3 sandwich platters, a cheese platter and a veggie tray to take to a family who just lost their father.

The pictures on the internet, and the item descriptions were a great assistance in making product selection. When I picked up the order I was so pleased!!! The food and the prices are great!!! The deli associate was so friendly and professional!
The actual food platters are much nicer than pictured! I will choose Kroger Deli many more time to come. Best of all...no work for me!!!

Just had the best experience at this Kroger. Thanksgiving morning...hardly anyone there! :). All employees stocking the shelves said hello and the shelves were filled! I especially enjoy chatting with the Big Cheese,, Deb, in the special cheese section. She is knowledgeable and shares delicious suggestions. AND to top off my experience, a young man named Tyler was my cashier. He was personable, eager to help and very customer service oriented. I wish he could give lessons to others his age. There is nothing wrong with being nice, cordial and helpful...it will get you much further in life. Thanks everyone for starting my day off with a positive vibe!

Very big store. Abundance of choices.

The Pharmacy at the Lewis Center store is fantastic. All of the technicians are very good with all of the customers that come in and out of there everyday.
The Pharmacist Rachel is totally on point and has exceptional people skills.

I walked around aimlessly, because my sister did not give me a list of what she wanted.
I bought pretzels and 8 12 packs of beer (K-Rogers has a great selection of brewski.)
She was not happy about it, but hey that is what happens when you don't give me a list.
She wanted me to reimburse her for my purchases, but I told her to go take a flying leap.
I bet she never sends me there again without a list.
I am so glad that I was able to help her with her real life education.

The apple-blackberry brew was the best thing I have had since I discovered Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy.
I was going to buy some hard liquor but the did not have the magnum bottle of Bacardi rum.
All in all, it was a great trip.

Kroger’s payment system just went down for about 10 minutes. There was a huge back up at the self check out registers. Madison was the Kroger employee managing the self check out process. She handled the very overwhelming g situation with grace, efficiency, and kindness. I just wanted to give her a shout out.

Kroger’s is like being at home. The best atmosphere while shopping. It is wonderfully filled with good smells, people greeting one another and always staff ready to help. One of my favorite places to shop. Prices are reasonable and considerate of family shopping. Thank you Kroger’s for standing above the crowd.

Amazing!!! I love the Lewis Center Kroger so much!! I also love the employees Lauren in the bakery and Denise in the deli dept. They are both pure sunshine!! Someone needs to recognize these two ladies from being such shining examples of excellence! <3 them and the store. Great crew. Whoever is hiring these awesome employees should get a raise. (As well as a big raise for Lauren and Denise....BIG RAISE Seriously!)

This is one of the nicer Kroger stores I have visited, clean and bright! The Aisle organization is different that what I am used to but there is a lot of cool items in this one that others do not have. So wandering around is kind of fun.

I am always at this Kroger Market place and always swinging through the self checks. Kathy who is ALWAYS working the self checks is the most amazingly friendly woman ever. No matter the stress level I have seen her under when there she never fails at giving every person her undivided and patient attention. Kathy deserves a huge raise and employee of the year! Love her.

Best Kroger in the area, hands down. Worth the small drive up 23 from Polaris, the size and selection cannot be beat. Huge, diverse selection of hot and cold prepared foods including sushi that I get a few times a month, great beer and wine selection, surprisingly robust kitchen and housewares selection too.

Great store! Super selection. Adore the organic produce choices, sushi, & fresh baked bread. Love how they’ve created better flow from the produce section to back of store. Great customer service. Friendly staff. And nice outdoor area in front to enjoy lunch.

Extremely clean and large aisles. The produce section is amazing, but get to the meats section early on Saturday or you'll be stuck with the lesser quality cuts. The wine tasting on Fridays is amazing, and you'll want to come back on Sundays for the $2 mimosas.

Huge variety in this Kroger Marketplace. Pro tip: Order online and do clicklist pickup. They usually have a coupon on their website to get this service for free if you buy certain items. Love that they'll shop for me and load it straight in my trunk. Perfect when I have the kids in tow.
