I had heard some people in my neighborhood that referred Apex to me so I gave them a call Trevor came out to my home and gave me an estimate after looking at two toilets that I wanted replaced, and got my estimate he called me the following what was supposed to be Monday but he called Tuesday to make sure I wanted the toilets the girls that do the phone had a couple errors but other than that Trevor was amazing so he came today on a Wednesday and he took out two of my toilets and put in two new toilets he cleaned underneath after removing the old toilet and was pretty tidy with everything he did and amazing he carried that toilet up the steps didn't even hit the wall which I appreciate. Thank you for the great work Trevor French and yes for anyone wondering I would definitely recommend Apex for your next Plumbing problems. Thank you👏👍
Well now I'm a little bit upset and disappointed after paying $1,700 today and come upstairs to this.😔 I get towels and went into look at toilet and there was water all around the back and right side of the toilet, so I immediately called and got one of their customer service girls and she said she would have the message and give it to them when they come in in the morning and someone will get with me during business hours.

We are a new customer to Apex. The experience was great, start to finish. A technician was scheduled to come to our office within 24hrs. Braden arrived and was professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to get approval before performing the services that were needed. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom Smith and Apex Plumbing. First of all he arrived ahead of time. He quickly assessed the situation and explained it to me in layman's terms. I will be using Apex Plumbing for all my needs in the future and recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

Yes the repair I had to have done was completed quickly and I am very happy with the service I had received. They were able to fit me in a couple of hours earlier than my appoint time. Brandyn was awesome and he laid out several options for me, and once the recession was made on what option I was going with he was very prompt in getting the required parts necessary for the repair. He was able to complete the repair very quickly and very professionally.

Josh and Brian were very knowledgeable when my water drain started backing up. They knew how to explain information in a way that I could understand. They were efficient with their time and respected my home. These guys were genuinely good people. Will definitely be using APEX from now on!

Have you ever had a problem you tried to fix? Purchased repair parts only to realize you wasted money. Called Apex pros and Justin was there thr next day and provided a visual safety inspection and repaired our sink Issue. He was relational, warm, charming and funny at times. We called Apex when our AC went out and they were able to send a technician out the next day. Braden quickly diagnosed the issue and got things running again. Overall a great experience.

Blaine Hill from Apex Pros was great installing our new furnace. Showed up on time, and did excellent work. Polite and professional. He even took extra time to help me install the app on my phone and to make sure we were both comfortable with the furnace operation before he left. Highly recommended.

Blake Erwin was wonderful. Very friendly, professional, and respectful of my issues. He explained what needed to be done and after the work was done, again explained everything and answered all of my questions. He was great. If ever I need more work done, I would want Blake to do it. He is an asset to Apex Pros.

Justin came out within an hour of my calling and was very polite and knowledgeable. Water heater was installed within 3 hours of initial call. Very pleased with the work Justin did a very good job of getting me thru the process. Highly recommend.

Blake and Abdul did and amazing job! Very professional and gave all available options for us for our broken water heater. I called and within an hour they were at my house to come remove and install our new water heater. I would 100% recommend Apex plumbing and Blake and Abdul to anyone needing service or a new water heater!

Ali was very professional. He had shoe covers when he came in and I didn’t have to ask him to use them. We talked about the job and he listened intently. He took great pains to clean the area after toilet removal to my satisfaction. Ali took pictures of every step of the job and even took a few minutes to make friends with my dog. Appreciated all aspects of Apex Plumbing from texts and calls to confirm my appointment (everyone was so nice) and especially to Chandler who quickly fixed the problem and explained everything. Very professional during the meet and greet and during the appraisal. Pointed out a few things that might need be addressed. Work was done in a timely manner. And keep us informed as work progress and as things came up we addressed the situation. Cleaned up their mess and was very respectable about the the house and animals. Would highly recommend having him come back out and addressing any thing else that might pop up in the future. It was a great experience overall.
