The staff from the front desk to the patient chair are amazing and professional. Both drs are great and we love it here. Payments are affordable and not a long wait time.

When I was a kid and it came time for braces I didn't have the most pleasant experience. For one I didn't really care about them and for two the Orthodontist wasn't the perfect one to work with kids. I didn't handle it well and begged my parents to remove this absolute torture. They agreed but my mother told herself that she's not doing it again, until I came to her.

I have never been someone to get subconscious about how I look and buety imperfection. Which is someone that has a birth mark covering my whole left upper thigh that looks like a burn market that went bad.

When I was 8 years old, I got kicked unintentionally in my mouth that from impact broke half my bottom front tooth and later on caused for me too have two root canals

So at age 25, my last year doing something expensive on my parents insurance, my mom hinted to me that she has a couple grand that she needs to use by the end on her medical account. That If I needed to get something done, that that was the time.

After dwelling on it and having some crooked teeth due to having a small mouth and no room for them, I decided that I wouldn't mind fixing them.

I approached my mom with my intentions on putting on braces, even after finding out that because of other issues mainly with my jaw, it would be a 2 year procedure vs 1.5 years.

But I wasn't going to go to just anybody after the my childhood experience. I wanted to go to best of the best.

I came to Dr.Gen Orthodontics not expecting its result. Whom is more expensive. But money has never been the issue. His moto is to give EVERYONE and when I say EVERYONE I mean EVERYONE, the perfect smile. I came in expecting to fix more of an appearance with my teeth. I didn't expect to have a 'Smile'. He mainly works with kids but he's extraordinary. The service that was provided was beyond expectation. Finding time with my complicated schedule was also past perfection.

Here is my 2 year procedure result. Notice the glow. Glow from the unexpected perfect smile. I am beyond satitisfied and in no doubt recommend anybody towards his direction. He is down to earth and I have never seen a business ( aside from my dance studios) that focus on its patient and give them what THEY desire even if it is to go off the plan.

2023 did not only give me my dream. It gave me a reason to smile and glow 🙃

As 42 I recently "graduated" by having my braces removed. This was my first experience with braces. The staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and patiently explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with the results and the enire process was stress-free and easy. I am so thrilled that 3 of my children now have braces thru Dr Gen. Highly recommend for children and adults!

Both of our daughters began seeing Dr. Gen and Dr. A a few years ago, and the transformation of their smiles is incredible! Both daughters needed to seek outside help for further dental work, and their office worked alongside us to make sure they got the best care. They offer next-day appointments for emergencies with an additional helpline. It's all-around care! One more testimony... There was a time when I was pregnant and having complications. One morning, my doorbell rang, and a man handed me a basket of flowers with a get-well note from Dr. Gen's office. They will always have our hearts! They care about their patients. Please give them a call!! It's totally worth it!

Dr. Gen and Dr.A did marvelous work on my teeth and smile! They are up to date with the latest procedures---I had accelerated orthodontics done-- and they as well as the techs were professional, friendly, and caring throughout the entire treatment! Could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Gens since I was a teenager I am 28 now. I had to get braces for the second time because of my own neglect. But Dr. Gen is amazing! He is the only one I will let near my teeth. I couldn't even move out of Ohio without seeing him for a second time. He's a perfectionist and he has made my smile perfect. Went in with messed up teeth, came out with perfectly straight teeth! My two year experience was great! Dr. Gen always answered my questions and was overall very helpful.
