Harbor Freight Tools

The store on Mayfield road is pretty helpful. There's always an employee who asked if I need some help finding something. I go here alot. Better than spending double the price at home Depot or Lowe's. I love the Bauer line and the Hercules line. Its comparable to all the other top brands In my opinion. Yeah you can buy a Milwaukee but if you're not doing this for a living and this might be a one-time project I wouldn't buy Milwaukee or DeWalt or other big names. I have bought just about every tool from one end of the spectrum to the next. None of the power tools have failed me yet. Bauer Concrete mixer which saved me thousands of dollars since I poured my own concrete with this concrete mixer than to hire somebody else to do it. I use the ready mix from home Depot at $5 a bag. It mixes three bags at a time. It only takes maybe 3 or 4 minutes to mix then it's ready to be poured. I had a 20ft walkway I had to pour. 1/2-in drive impact gun, floor jack, welder, saws and drills, TV mount, air compressor tools, paint brushes, extension cords, chains, I can go on and on. This is always my first stop.

For being one of the newest in the area you would expect some hiccups, but I get the same good customer service I get at the old establishments and the place is always neat and clean and of course it's Harbor Freight!

Good deals, have hard to find specialized items. Staff is friendly. Organized pretty well making it easy to find what you're after.

I love Harbor Freight. Recently I purchased a TV mount. This product is well made and certainly appears to be strong enough to hold my 65" tv

Decent pricing for saw blades. But the out of box portable work table for under $19 was a great deal. They had it sitting behind the check out register. There were other items also available in plain site.

This is a new Harbor Freight location, and it isn't as big as some of the others. However, the employees who are there are incredibly kind. My wife and I had a very positive experience with Mynesha and Adam, who looked up inventory for quite a few items for me and even offered some advice about how I could get a nice toolchest setup going in our garage. Highly recommended.

FIRST TIME GOING TO A HF! Loved it, Wandered around for like an hour just pondering what supplies and tools I could use more of.

I was skeptical because it's Mayfield Hts. Known for nasty, rude employees. But this new Harbor Freight has awesome employees. My best friend was with me, we avoid the area, but we both commented on how nice employees were. Kudos to HF. Great people, clean store, shelves stocked.

First time visiting this location and found it clean and organized. Staff was friendly and kept the line moving. They were very accommodating when I had to exchange an item I bought by mistake instead of the correct item which I did buy.

New store. Very well organized. All employees were friendly. Training is still in progress, so a modicum of patience is needed. No major hiccups that I witnessed though.

The unloading crew was punctilious and efficient. I guess I should apologize for my attempt at a practical joke comment after they unloaded everything. Seemed like the thing to do at the time 🤷‍♂.
