Great customer service. I’m a first time boat owner and there were some miscommunication issues that resulted in me driving 1.5 hours for a boat that wasn’t ready. Apparently there was some repairs needed that weren’t communicated. Jason was incredibly responsive and took complete ownership of the error and took the time to take me into the repair area to visually inspect the lower unit. He then had two mechanics walk to the boat outside to further inspect and provide explanations. He really took the time to explain and was very fair in understanding my frustration. It was a wasted trip, BUT it was still a great experience. Definitely will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend and 5 stars!!

Purchased a boat from them in 2015. They have always gone above and beyond what is expected. Can't say enough about the service department, They are always extremely busy due to the marina in Delaware closing but they do amazing work and fair prices. Plan ahead and be patient and they will fix your problem. Highly recommend!

While I didn't buy my boat here, I was going to take it to Florida and wanted to upgrade the motor. Paul's gave me a good price on an in-stock 60hp Mercury. I also had them clean the pontoons and wrap the boat for travel. They did an excellent job on both and I had no issues to Florida.

Had issues with my 50 hp mercury wanted to find a new dealership other than the one I bought it at. Took it to Paul’s they were able to get it figured out and mercury replaced parts(lower unit) under warranty. Jason in service is simply fantastic very pleasant to work with always kept me informed on what was going on. Tyler the service tech was fantastic also. he listened to everything I had to say even met me at the local lake to hear the noise it was making. Absolutely the best decision I made by taking it here.

I bought this boat off of Brad from Paul's Marine 4 or 5 years ago. This boat has been on Lake Erie and now we trailer-ed it to Florida and the Gulf of Mexico. This boat is pushing 30 years old and still runs strong! Buying this boat from Brad restored our faith in boating and we cannot thank him and Paul's Marine enough for what they did for us!

I highly recommend Paul’s. They have been easy to work with, timely and fair priced. Recently I had them inspect my trailer hubs and the tech noted no issues. On our first trip to the lake I found grease leaking out of one. Paul’s responded quickly and got me squeezed in to their trailer shop before our vacation so we can hopefully take the boat. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently had my first major boat purchase with them, and I’m glad I did. Family ran business that offers great personalized customer service. Brad and Sarah are very knowledgeable, transparent, and patient as they guided me along the buying process seamlessly. They have a nice selection of new and used products. If you are looking to buy from a dealer, I highly recommend this one and support your local business.

Customer service was awesome , needed a shift cable for a 1979 century . I sent picture’s of the part I needed and to my surprise they had it in stock cheaper than Amazon . 11/10

I cannot say enough great things about Paul's marine I have been in the market for a boat since summer of last year and that is the first time I met Mike the sales rep. He sat down with me and my wife to share his amazing knowledge about boats and gave me a lot of things to research before I made the purchase. I stopped in for the second time this year on my way back from a call and Mike remembered who I was. I told him I was ready to buy a boat but the only issue was they didn't have what I wanted in stock. He took down my information and what do you know the boat I was looking for came in 2 weeks later! The wife and I stopped in to look at it and it was perfect. It has exactly the interior and exterior look we were looking for. Mike took us out for a cruise on the lake to make sure we understood all the bells and whistles, safety features, and we liked what we were purchasing. Between Brad and Mike they took very good care of us during the whole purchase. Boats are not a cheap toy and for them to take the time to make sure we found the perfect fit went above and beyond the call of duty. Had a great experience here. I've purchased parts in the past and always had a good experience; so I came back when I needed to have my motor evaluated for a carb issue. I was quoted a general price and was told if it went any higher that I would be contacted first. Unfortunately the tech did the work (ended up being a fuel pump replacement) without confirming and the price was a couple hundred dollars higher than what was originally quoted. Jason called me and informed me of the situation and stated he would try to make it right. He called me back two minutes later and worked it out where I paid what was originally quoted. Mistakes happen in the business world; what counts is making it right and doing right by your customers. Paul's Marine meets and exceeds this standard. I appreciated the honesty and will be a returning customer. Also, my boat runs great now. Paul's Marine will do right by you and give you honest timely service. HIGHLY recommend.

Paul's Marine was great! Had my boat winterized for the first time here, the service is great, service people are nice and professional. It was just like going to a jiffy lube and getting your cars oil changed. I would definitely recommend Paul's Marine!

WOW! What a great experience for me. This is my second time at Paul’s Marine. First time was last November when I took my boat in to be winterized they did find some issues with the starter and bilge pump fixed everything winterized it in a timely fashion and was courteous. The price was fair. This year my boat started for the first time out of winterization perfectly. After a couple weekends at the lake I did have another issue pop up. I ran it over to Jason and Jared at Paul’s marine and in full swing they are booked up however they were able to take 15 minutes out of their day to find the problem actually fixed itAnd sent me on my way I will always do business here at Paul’s marine thank you Jason and Jared for everything you do I do appreciate it Service is top notch

I always appreciate the services Pauls provides over the years. I have called them out of state when having issues with my boat and Jason talked me through possible issues. They got me through my new boat owner phase. Prices are on par with the industry and I appreciate the honesty.

We switched from another service provider to Paul’s because of Jason’s fantastic customer service approach. They maintain, store and clean our 24’ jet boat every winter and spring.

For boat owners like myself there has been a dwindling number of places in Central Ohio over the past few years where you can get your boat serviced. The service department really knows there stuff. I gave them bare bones information on an alternator I needed for my boat and just by a picture they narrowed it down to exactly what i needed and at a fair price. Very friendly and understanding to new boaters. Would highly recommend them for any parts or service needs.
