Down to earth people. The don't take no bull. I have perched 3 vehicles from there and they have all been wonderful.

I was very impressed, we bought a 2016 Ford Escape, about a week later we had a few issues. The owner of the car lot was great and more than willing to help with the repairs. Would reccomend checking it out if you're in the market for a used vehicle

Traveled from South Carolina to buy a Truck here. Beth, Aaron, and Jim were very nice and helpful. Picked me up at the rent a car center and sold me a great '95 Ford F-150. They'll tell you upfront what you're getting into. If you're looking for a great deal on a used car that might need just a little bit of work - totally worth it.

Truck was Ok. Now a bad transmission and a bad heater core. What can I do?

Definitely look car over good before buying so you are aware of what you will have to fix and decide if it's worth the price of the vehicle.

Completely horrible service. Do not I repeat DO NOT go here. The most disrespectful old man and they will NOT let you test drive anything until they run your credit. Got mad at my husband for wanting to test drive a truck before we went further with anything and ended up cussing him out because my husband wanted to test drive the truck before we made any hits on our credit. Completely ridiculous and rude. Good luck if you do go here.

Bought a truck for $5000 and it drove fine on the test drive but it didn't even last a month. Took it to the mechanic and they said they couldn't believe someone would sell a vehicle in that condition and it was not fixable. Ended up having to junk it because the owner Jim wouldn't work with me. You'd get more use out of your money burning it for warmth.

If I could give it less than one star I would. My husband and I went this afternoon car shopping and we were looking for an SUV. This lot had been suggested to us by American Wave Auto and we have done business with them in the past and trust their judgment so we figured it would be worth a shot. We show up and saw a couple that looked nice and were easily within our price range at 5895.00 so I sent my husband in to ask how much to put down on a deposit. This guy wanted 3500 for a deposit, why on earth would you pay for half the vehicle as a deposit?
When my husband went to go into the office to talk to the gentleman he wouldn't even let my husband inside. He told us and I quote " We are not one of those cheap buy here pay here places" and basically asked us to leave. I've never tried to do business with someone so rude and unprofessional, no wonder this place has such a low rating online. Don't waste your time.

Saw a vehicle they advertised on Craigslist. Pictures were low quality so I asked if better quality photos were available to see the condition of the vehicle. No response. So I called and spoke to Jim. He was very short with me and was borderline rude. I only asked 2 questions about the vehicle (about rust) and it was as if I was completely inconveniencing him by being interested in purchasing one of his vehicles. Big red flag. I will take my business elsewhere.

Jim goes on the test drive with you, which is not a problem but he starts driving the car along and in this case is a manual transmission. He starts off and just slams through all the gears I guess to demonstrate that they work and speeds along like crazy. So I put my seat belt on and start testing various items in the car such as the air conditioning heat ect. Well he finally ask if I would like to drive it. Well of course I would like to test drive it (that's why I'm here). I check a few things once I'm finally in the driver seat and take off. I say this is going to need a clutch soon. He told me I can do anything I want to it when I buy it. Fair enough, but then he go's on that in fact it does not need a clutch and he buys and sells 30 cars a month for the last 30 years. I ask him what that has to do with the clutch, well he can take this car off in 2ed gear. So according to Jim if you can move a car in 2ed gear the clutch is fine.... So moving on I get the car back and start my inspection. Jim takes a seat watching me and just starts burping not like once but at least 6 times in a row. So I ask him how much does he want for it. He says "well you saw it online that's how much I want. Did you bring cash?" I think he asked this question in one form or another at least as many times as he burped. At this point I was done with his nonsense. Between the clear abuse of a car I was planning on purchasing and all the nasty language (don't take your kids there) I was beyond it. This is not how you run a business and I will not be as Jim put it letting my shadow darken his porch anymore.

Made a call looking for more information, as soon as i said i was trying to build and establish my credit score. They (Jim) were trying to rush me off the phone. I don’t believe this is a place for a first time buyer. Not a place with bad and no credit. Not a place for good customer service. I can see why the rating is 1.9. Only those with $15,000 as pocket change would highly rate this company!

Bought a 2001 nissan frontier from them. Did not even make it to the front door of our home after purchasing. The gas tank was bad, all the gas leaked out.It cost us $600 to replace the gas tank. They took no responsibility what so ever for the repair. The timing chain broke after driving it 2k more miles. The engine was destroyed. We had a total loss of our investment. This was the worse experience i have ever had with a dealer.

Horrible will NEVER go back and recommend everyone avoids this place. First off unprofessional. Second uses additives and quick fixes to cover problems. I spoke to jim himself at a parts store at one point. He wasn't buying parts but additives. He told me that he ran a car lot and that when he gets a car in that doesn't run well and doesn't want to spend much money on it he adds this(holding a bottle). I bought a car from him and i guess i was one of the unlucky ones. I took it home and changed the oil and power steering fluid as well as coolant. As i normally do when i buy a car. Used recommended fluids. Well wouldn't you know, less then a week later i had a bad engine. It started to knock badly only 10 miles of changing the oil. Within 50 miles spun rod bearing on cyl 4. The oil that came out of it when i bought it was very thick and had that all too familiar feeling of lucus oil stablizer or STP oil treatment(i use them as assembl lube so know the feeling very well). When i went to talk to Jim he more of less just told me well you bought it as is didn't you and what do you want?. So here i was with a car that was quoted $4000 to repair at less then a week after i bought it.

To sum up this review.
I recommend avoiding. Unless the deal is so amazing you are willing to risk a possibly major repair that is being covered up just to make a sale and don't mind dealing with someone that is less then professional.
