I can’t say enough good things about the installers, both vinyl flooring and carpet. They were very professional, neat and did an amazing job. The sales people were very thorough and wonderful customer service all around.

We were very happy with the selection of flooring at Bud Polley. My husband and I were looking for luxury vinyl plank flooring, and also some carpet for our stairs. Mike S. was our salesman, he explained all of our choices very well, took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. When it came time to have it all installed, we were very fortunate to have Pete for that! Pete was very personable very punctual, and very knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything well, and always made sure to ask us if there was a choice to be made. Pete did an excellent job! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our new flooring!

Our hardwood installer —- Roy was outstanding! With Roy’s expertise and experience he did an amazing job installing the hardwood; especially where the hardwood that butts up to our existing curved tile. He even went out of his way to put felt on the bottom of the legs of our furniture. So kind thank you!

Tim was a wonderfully helpful salesman . Jeremy and Jeremy installed our floors.
They did a great job and were good at cleaning up each day. They were both very concerned about us being happy with the job . I will request them if we have any more flooring done. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting new floors installed.Well done guys!

Wonderful selection of tiles. We picked out what we needed and was able to pick it up in 2 days! All of the salesmen were very helpful, especially Tom. We had a little hiccup with delivery but was quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend to others and we will be back for our next project!

We had Bud Polley replace the flooring in our house 10 years ago after a fire. We had carpet in the bedroom and decided to replace that with wood floor that would hopefully match our living room. Jason Jones came out and measured. He was incredibly helpful and was able to match the flooring perfectly. Roy installed it while we were away on vacation. We came home to a perfectly installed floor and also a clean home. He was so careful and so good. I would highly recommend Bud Polley!!!

Both the sales person (Zach) and the installer (Pete) were wonderful. Zach helped me pick out carpets for my bedroom as well as vinyl planks throughout my dining and family room. The installation process went smoothly with Pete explaining everything in detail. I could not be happier with the outcome.

Mike and Zack are the sales associates i have worked with in the past and im very happy with the level of professionalism and level of knowledge they both demonstrated to me. They directed me to the best/correct product i needed instead of allowing me to waste my money on a product that was more expensive and going to be less durable in the application i was using it in!!! Above and beyond in customer service and product knowledge!!! Couldn't be happier!!!

I had an issue with my carpet "wrinkling" due to my carpet not being stretched correctly. Once the owner learned of my issue he contacted me personally and sent out one of his top rate installers, Gary, who fixed the problem courteously and professionally. Largest selection of flooring in the Dayton area from tile to carpet and everything in between. I worked with Jason who showed me many samples for my bathroom project. I had a great experience with Jason and will work with him on other projects.

Purchased some Armstrong LVP planks from Bud Polley's. Flooring ended up being defective. My awesome salesman Zach followed up followed up with Armstrong and was able to get my flooring replaced. Can't say enough about how much time and effort he put into this problem. Their installer Gary, who is fantastic, was able to tear out the old and replace with new flooring.Not at all Bud Polley's or Zach's fault, but they did a great job of standing behind their customer! Highly recommend! Thank you Zach!
