I love Menards. When I was younger and briefly lived in Minnesota for a few years - Menards was are equivalent of Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm so glad that Huber heights has a Menards location. I think Menards has the best prices around when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot and a lot more aesthetically pleasing store

Morgan Patterson has helped me and my Employees out many times navigating the store, and helping us acquire the products we are looking for. she has a bubbly personality that’s very nice to be around! Was very impressed from all times I’ve came to the Tipp City Location and will continue to shop from there!

Yesterday I went to Mernards to price some yard items. I received the best customer service by Matt. He answered all my questions and provided great suggestions for my outdoor project. I didn't feel rushed by him or asking stupid questions. After him helping me, I reported his exceptional customer service skills to a manager. Thank you, Matt for being a postive and kind individual. This what Matt helped me with. Whew!

Clean nice improvement store with good employees. Plenty of space at parking. Their price and 11% rebate are hard to beat. They do price match.

I bought water softener salt. The assistant GM loaded my cart and took it to my car. Excellent service. Yes , I will revisit this establishment.again went in found my items for the month and left . Service was great at the check out. Went in today to take advantage of the 15%off bag sale. Walked in gathered by items and left. No I the interaction with only the check out cashier. Not overly friendly. Not sure if she even thanked me. It's okay I needed to get in and get out.

Love going to Menards. Store is always clean and well stocked. After gathering "hardware" items, always go food section to do some grocery shopping. This time I was at the store in Troy.

I have been going to the Tipp City Menards for years now. I just love it. The other day I was in there looking for a tree I had seen a few days prior. It was sold out. I asked the nice lady tending to the plants to help me figure out what kind of tree it was so I could look for it at other stores. With no more than a brief, redneck description of this tree, she figured out what kind it was very easily. Then she spent 15 or 20 minutes calling other stores, texting people who worked in other departments, trying to find me this tree. We didn’t end up finding it. But I left with the name of the tree and a sku number to use at other menards if I wanted to keep hunting. Thank you Theresa! You are holding it down! Menards is the best! Better service. Better quality. Better in every way.

We cannot speak more on the kindness, helpfulness, and hard work that came from an employee named Kathy Fulton. She was hauling a load of pvc pipes completely across the warehouse, obviously needing help. As customers we observed she walked by 4 male coworkers who watched and didn’t offer any assistance. We ended uphelping her move the pipes across the store, while other colleagues just watched. A manager showed my boyfriend that the pipes go to the outside lot by the corner, watched him carry the whole load outside. In my opinion, this manager should have said, “I’ll take it from here thank you for the help.” But no, he just watched. 5 minutes later we passed him scrolling on his personal cell phone. Kathy made our trip to Menards memorable, but management needs some coaching on employee and customer care.

Great selection of tools and everything else you can think of. This is like the Walmart Super Center of home improvement and tools. Staying safe while shopping!

Great service and always find what I need. And the prices are pretty good on many items. I bought a fire pit from them and it is sturdy and seems to be really good quality.

Awesome visit at Menards. Was there for a wedding!! Yep that's right. Good friends first met at Menards, courted at Menards, then got married there today. Spectacular.

The girl in the faucet/plumbing area Alina?!?! She's amazing and was very diligent with finding the right cartridge replacement for me and I was able to fix my faucet! Thank you so much!!!! Amazing 👏🏻 ♡

Definitely a Regular go to for my family and I . Usually get our bird food and dog food also found what we needed for our rain barrel.

I would like to say that Colin at the flooring/tile department is just a very professional salesperson. He is very helpful, every time we go there he helps us with everything we need even answers all our questions. His super nice and knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their flooring. Colin definitely can be a great manager I hope he gets the top position. I never seen someone care about his work and customers that much, excellent service thank you so much Colin.

They have everything you can think of and the prices are extremely competitive. I’ve been to this store many times over the years and always left satisfied. Only once have I encountered a problem, but it was promptly resolved thanks to a very helpful employee named Sydney.

Stacy in the cabinetry design area is EXCELLENT!! We walked in, she pulled up our order, made the final adjustments, walked us over to the sink department for us to pick out what we needed, and answered all our questions. She is so easy to work with. Definitely an asset to Menards.

Just wanted to leave a positive comment about my experiences with this store. They have been excellent to work with, even when I needed to return a ton of stuff due to an error I made. They're super friendly and helpful.

Joy is the best cashier in the world. I have been wanting to write a review for 9 or 10 months now, probably - I wasn't feeling well, back pain, and Joy volunteered to bag ALL of my purchases. I haven't been to Menards since the mandatory Mask Rule but I still love the Tipp city store. I am from the Dayton area and it's worth the drive. Thanks Joy, for being so awesome. - I won't forget it.
