I switched from Verizon, and I was super frustrated when I arrived. But Jose quickly and professionally helped me. I had my credit unfrozen but it didn't work on one of the 3, so he even took the time to help me call them back. Wow, don't loose him good help like him is hard to find. What a keeper.
I didn't have to do anything but pay and he took care of switching everything over. I am no longer frustrated. Thanks Jose.

Extremely helpful staff. This Tipp location is also very clean. First thing I noticed as well as the smell. Candle lit leaving the entire place smelling amazing and clean. Everyone is very nice and any information I needed they were very helpful with. A++ for sure

The store rep Jose was awesome! He bounced between my husband and I and the two other people that were there and never once complained or show he was overwhelmed at all.....also he greeted us as soon as we walked in and made us feel very welcomed!!!! I highly recommend THIS store if for nothing else but to gain more understanding in the options available in selecting the right smart phone. They did NOT hesitate to introduce to me the ideas of trying other AT&T services, quite frankly I’ve been with At&t for 25 years, although i have always had excellent customer service whence calling in, Tuesday’s visit & Today’s visit left me more than satisfied with my loyalty to AT&T . I truly hope the company appreciates these two and recognizes them as a priceless, integral part of the business. Can’t speak highly enough.!

I came here because my phone stopped working and wanted a new one and I had the nicest experience I've ever had buying a new phone. I had the nicest person help me save money, his name was Boswell and he was the nicest phone store person I've met. I used to go to Verizon and I always hated dealing with them, but Boswell was much nicer than I expected. He also directed me to a good Haitian basket weaving center he goes to after the old one I went to converted to Vietnamese style basket weaving and I was looking for a new place. This store helped my phone problem and reignited my passion for Haitian basket weaving.

Came in to upgrade my iPhone 6. Josh helped me pick out the right phone for me and did a great job transferring everything for me also. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

Best store around by far got me switched over from Verizon made the process so nice and easy definitely gonna recommend family and friends keep it up.

Technology is tough for us elderly folks. The staff in Tipp City really slowed it down for me and made sure I understood how to use my phone before they sent me out the door. I love my new device and truly appreciate all the time they put in to help me feel comfortable!
