Boost Mobile

I definitely recommend Boost in Medina. I was in and out within 30 minutes with a new phone set up. The representative I believe was named Steve and he listened to my needs and didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't want. I'm happy with the new phone I got and service I received.

Ashley and Steve were absolutely amazing! I went out there to get my kids their phones for christmas and they made sure I left there happy and switched me over to boost as well! They were so patient, kind, professional, and the customer service was exceptional! Even though it is a 40 minute drive for me, I will only return to this boost location. Thank you so much for everything and all of your help.

Marrisa was great at helping my wife and I switch from traight talk and get new phones. We are very pleased with our time there and will continue to go back. Again Marrisa was the best at customer service and made sure we were happy with our plans and the phones we chose.

We went there today and were greeted promptly by Steve. He was so friendly and solved our cell phone problem! We definitely will make this store our only stop for cell phones in the future! Great service overall!

Best Boost Mobile store around! I’ve been a Boost Mobile customer since Nextel and I’ve never experienced the level of customer service there in my life! Fares and Steve are great! Finn is the best!!

Great location. Guy working here very courteous and great knowledge about phones. Brunswick it's always closed.manager was great helped me qualify for disability discount saved me $30/mo. Which may not sound like a lot but on a fixed income it's a big deal.

Steve was really cool and really hooked me up on my new phone cut my phone bill in half compared to what I was paying would definitely recommend him to anyone

Don't be afraid of/mad about the sign that says call to schedule an appointment.
I went to Boost to upgrade my phone and saw a sign that said call for appointment. I was already irritated due to personal things going on. So, I called the number and left a voicemail so the person on the other end could hear my frustration. A few moments later my phone rang and, it was Fares on the line with kind words to offer some relief (I also apologized for my rude message.) I agreed to wait and come back the next day for an appointment. My daughter and I were greeted at the door by his sweet pup Finn. I was NOT disappointed with the service I received. He was kind and took care of everything I needed. He was even able to lower my bill. Don't let the sign discourage you from scheduling an appointment. This was the least frustrating experience I've had at a phone store in years. Thanks again, Fares!

Steve was very nice and helpful he even stayed after close to make sure we left with 3 phones for our daughter's.

Got a new phone yesterday, and it worked great service by the guy james was above and beyond. I had issues with the phone and went back in, and james was amazing and fixed everything. I recommend this store for all your boost mobile needs!

Came from Cleveland got a good deal on a iPhone 11 thanks to Steve. He made the process painless and very easy. 10/10 would recommend
