J&J just installed a water softener system in home and it's great! Jake and Scott were fantastic, total pros. Professional, polite, answered all my questions. They worked quickly, left the area clean, and the installation looks so good! Those guys were fantastic!

This was my first time using J&J's services and I'm very happy I went with them. Really great experience!

Zach was extremely professional. He took time to explain everything he was doing, and also what I could do to maintain further maintenance. He was very knowledgeable, and did the best job I’ve ever seen done on my furnace, and we’ve always used J&J. Zach even took the patience to talk to my husband on the phone because I had no idea what he was here to do. Thanks to Zach I do now. Plus, he was very sweet with my dog who most people are scared of and she made a new friend. Ask for Zach every time!!!Thanks again!

Justin was very polite and professional. He was able to explain the differences between the tankless water heaters in a matter that was easy to understand and helped us choose which was best for our household needs.He kept the work area clean and organized and was just an overall great experience. Dave the electrician was also very kind and professional and was able to fix our electrical issues in a timely manner so the water heater installation could move forward. Would highly recommend both employees for electrical or plumbing needs!

Scott, Ryan and David came out to replace our electric panel and outside breaker in our condo today, I’m super impressed with everything! Such sincerely nice guys, made sure I knew everything that was happening as they did it, and now I feel safer with our updated panel and breaker. They are super hard workers and I’m really happy with everything they did, we’re getting a quote soon on a tankless heater from these guys. I hope they get some donuts at the end of the week!😉

Really great company. Have been using them for several months now and have been very impressed with the customer service of their front staff and the professionalism and expertise of their technicians.
Just had Justin and Vinny replace our hot water heater. They did a fabulous job, worked within our timeline and kept in communication and kept me updated all the way. Very friendly and well mannered guys. Most impressive was how well they cleaned up after their work. A+ guys. Please keep up the good work!!

J and J helped with a shower installation project. Jared, Dennis and David did an excellent job. Very thorough, knowledgeable, responsible and great communication throughout the process. They replaced a ceiling fan in an inner bathroom and vented it outside, plumbed a new shower and replaced a faucet on a garden tub. I’m very happy with the finished product!

Justin and Vinny performed a great, clean service and seemed very knowledgeable. Super appreciate that they hauled the old toilet away so we didn't have to. We're upfront and honest about cost. I think in the future I would prefer to enter my own credit card info, but I should have brought that up.

We had a great experience today with Justin V at J&J. From the start of the process, making an appointment, and getting a quote, the J&J team were communicative and thorough. They let us know what to expect and helped to answer questions along the way. Justin was helpful while he was here. He fixed the problem, provided clear explanations of what caused it as well as helped us understand future plumbing situations that may need to be addressed. We were really happy with our experience!

Our Technician Scott C. was absolutely amazing. He was professional, timely, kind and well versed in his Craft. Within minutes he accessed the situation, that was missed during our previous service call. Based on the information he provided, we unlikely needed the new equipment purchased 2 yrs ago, as the problem was the same with the new equipment. We appreciate him getting to the root of the problem.The necessary parts were with him to successfully complete the process in less time than, he initially informed. In the future we will 1st ask for him by name.
Lastly, I totally love how not only did we receive a text message 30 minutes prior to his arrival, the message also displayed a photo of who we were to expect. ❤

The estimate for an ac and furnace was straight forward with Dennis and Shane.
Kal and Brandon did an excellent job on the install. They were very professional and courteous of my property.
Mark and Cooper stopped in to do the electrical work, also very professionally.

Scott W and Ryan were very helpful. They got my alarm system handled, might water heater running and the main kitchen light working in around an hour at a reasonable price. A hot shower is going to feel good.

Technician Andrew came out to snake my sewer drain. He was very professional and courteous. He answered any questions I had to the best of his knowledge and also let me know of a few programs I could try to cut back on cost. I have used this company a few times for plumbing and electrical and they are always prompt and up front with their pricing. Would recommend to anyone.

Andrew and Jake did such a great job clearing our sewage line blockage. They showed up right on time, were very professional, and left the basement area as clean as it was when they came. As a first time homeowner, I have never had to use a plumbing service before, but Andrew and Jake explained everything thoroughly and did not pressure me into any decision I did not want to make. The pricing was also very transparent from the start. I would definitely recommend using J and J Plumbing.

We had some electrical work done in our home recently. Scott W and Josh did an outstanding job! The went over what they were going to do and showed us what they did afterward. Their knowledge, along with being respectful and friendly, would make us recommend them to our friends and family. They went above and beyond what my husband and I expected. Andrew and Patrick came out today to fix and issue with a clogged drain. They did a great job. Clear communication about what they were doing, upfront pricing, and cleaned their workspace before they left. Highly recommend and will call J&J next time I need something.

The electricians were outstanding, David was very professional and knowledgeable! Did a great job installing ceiling fans, and light fixtures. Encountered a clogged main sewer line on a Sunday, contacted J & J and incredibly they were able to send out Andrew on short notice. I was very surprised that Andrew was able to arrive within 30 minutes of my contact and Andrew got right to work analyzing the problem and best solution. Though this line blockage turned out to be more difficult than anticipated Andrew persevered and was able to successfully clear the sewer line blockage. I was very pleased with Andrew's performance, he was very professional throughout this job and I am very pleased to give him and J & J 5 BIG STARS.

Jared Was the technician the helped us over the holiday. We had a gas leak in our home this new years and Jared from J&J was at our home in less than an hour. He identified the issue and fixed quickly and even waited with after the his job was done for the gas company to come back and turn the gas on. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would recommend this company and I signed up for their perks program on the spot.
