Emergency need for a sport coat or suit in a large size, extra long, for tomorrow!! Christina saved the day!! She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, went in the back to look for what we needed and thank goodness we can now go to the wedding properly dressed. Thomas went above and beyond for me tonight. I ordered some shirts in store for delivery to my home and when I couldn't find the tracking number he spent over 30 minutes of his time helping me track the shirt and was polite and friendly the entire time. Highly recommend.

I had a minor issue with a polo that I bought previously. A replacement was not in stock thus the staff ordered me a new one to arrive at my home. The staff was pleasant and seemed to care.

A bit pricey but worth it. I've had a few suits for a few years and just got another two. Sharp is the word. Ready for the office. Big fan of their shirts, too. It seems everyone is making ultra thin dress shirts. These remind me of what dress shirts used to be. Definitely will last.

Definitely one of the best opportunities for discounting clothing in this outlet mall. The Brooks Brothers outlet stands out for it's outstanding staff - the folks there are wonderful. They are extremely helpful and friendly - there is definitely no hob-snobbery going on here. There are plenty of good deals and a good selection. Highly recommend it.
