Travis, the sales rep that assisted my wife and I, was very outgoing and helpful. He helped us with the addition of a new line of service as well as making adjustments to allow for a much more affordable bill. He also went through the process of offering us the new Verizon home internet box. Which in doing so, is going to allow us to cut our internet bill in half. Best service I have had at any store in a very long time.

Mr. Gilmore was very patient. Willing to help from the second I walked in. Excellent customer service! Solved my issues and went above and beyond!!

As a first time buyer this experience was delightful, and I couldn’t have asked for more. Genuinely. All of the questions I asked were answered fully, and I was highly impressed as well as satisfied with all the information I was given. I was truly shocked come to find out that this individual wasn’t even a manager of the building.. working with two clients at once and efficiently working through all of our questions, while running the whole store by herself… Autumn Thompson I thank you for making this process easy for me. I visited this location for the first time recently to replace my phone because the screen shattered. I explained that I needed a replacement phone right away. Mike, the representative had my new phone programmed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location for Verizon customers.

Autumn helped us and even followed up later. Although the office is understaffed, I felt highly valued even though what I was needing help with something that is *not* super valuable to them as a store and is a pain in the butt. We were shown thorough service with kindness. I did feel bad for the people who were turned away or chose to wait while Autumn worked hard on our needs. I will be visiting this store again. The out-of-the box mindset they had to continue to pursue our phone/internet issues were invaluable to me and saved me money monthly with better product and internet.

I did have to wait a while to work with the salesperson/tech working, but she (Amanda, I think) was very helpful and friendly. My experience was very good and I am happy with the service I received and with my new phone.

went and upgraded 5 line and added 2 new lines to my account. Ashley J. Was the lady that helped us. She has a great personality and easy to deal with. Even after us having to wait in the store due to technical issues at no fault of there own she remained calm and allowed us to leave and called when the system was back up. Will never go anywhere else or have anyone other than Ashley wait on me.

Courtney and Jessica were excellent in helping me with all my issues and problems as for working and operating my new phone. They were kind polite! More than helpful! I could not ask for better service! Very patient and understanding! I will send everyone I know to them!! I'm grateful for those girls!!

I've worked with Aaron for a good while now drove all the way to see him he is a one of a kind caring person and treats my husband and I like gold!! If I ever have any issues he is always there and answers our call thank you we will recommend him to everyone

On June 1st 2021 my friends and I went to the store to get her on my plan and to upgrade my phone. We we worked with Aaron M. He was great to work with very funny and patient with us. He even stayed after hours when my friends content was taken longer to transfer over to her new phone.
