Dr. Jump and Dr. Robertson are great with the whole family. The staff is friendly and they are always right in time. They offer same day crown service which saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend them.

Gotta say I usually have very bad anxiety when going to the dentist due to past bad experiences. This place is the COMPLETE opposite, if you’re nervous about going to the vet and seeing what all needs done don’t. Just come here and allow them to help, nonjudgmental and very friendly people!

They are awesome! My cleaning was gentle without the usual uncomfortable scraping! Best cleaning ever! I also needed 2 small fillings and they were able to fix them while I was there. The local numbing of my gum before the anesthetic helped. I barely felt the needle. Caring professionals!

They make sure your insurance is up to date so there are no surprises, they book your next appointment right there in the chair, so no extra trips to the front desk, and everyone who works there is always super friendly and cheerful. Every time my family goes to Moundbuilders we are met with smiles and kindness. They take the time to really know their patients. Dr. Jump always checks in with my kids about their activities and school progress. And, Dr. Robertson is fabulous as well. The hygienists know their craft and put you at ease. First, I called five other dentists before calling them. All were booked, couldn’t get us in but my 16yo was having fun issues due to his lack of cleaning. Everywhere wouldn’t see him for a cleaning since we are new to the area. THIS PLACE got us in in less than a week, and was so sweet, too!
Then, my 16yo with terrible anxiety, within twenty minutes of being in the chair, AFTER the uncomfortable mouth X-rays, says “they are really nice here. Like, a lot nicer then the last couple of we have been to”.
We rescheduled with them and have a follow up visit for some of the issues found- and, it’s within another week-not months!
I can’t tell you enough how amazing they were. My son is terrible with brushing and had terrible, gross, teeth and they did not make him feel terrible or bad, they showed him and told him what to do to prevent it and were so positive. Seriously. From the bottom of my “mom” heart, thank you.

I was new to the area and called in with a serious tooth ache. Did not expect to get in right away but they were able to fit me the same day. The whole staff could not have been more professional. Had a preliminary check and X-ray by Tiffany. Then I saw Dr. Jump. After an examination he explained his diagnosis and my options. He opted for the easiest solution first and that proved to be correct. I was feeling better in a matter of hours and was almost completely healed in a couple days. I have signed on as a regular patient and have already scheduled my semi-annual check up. I highly recommend Moundbuilders.

I actually like going to the dentist. At least Dr. Jump's office. Can't say enough about the staff. Very friendly and they get to know you. You can feel that they care. Everyone works together and helps out. It's an environment that should be modeled for other companies.
