For being a big chain they felt very family oriented. I enjoyed my meal and the service was friendly and timely

Donatos is very tasty and they seem to be the only chain that knows the appropriate amount of pepperoni to put on a pie. There was a problem with my online order and they fixed it quickly and cheerfully. If you are looking for a great chain pizza, this is the place.

Was so good took the guy 10 minutes and a large pepperoni pizza was ready all the way to the apartment and was still warm, bravo wish I would have caught his name I will definitely be back 😂

Every time we order, the pizza is really good, lots of toppings and they don't scimp on the toppings when you ask for extra. The delivery is always in 30 minutes.

We had trouble with the Heath store when they told us that the Newark location would deliver to us (even though we are in Heath). We spoke to Tim and he was extremely helpful and respectful! I will be going to them from now on!

Love the fact that they have a drive up window for pick up orders! Food was fresh out the oven and perfectly seasoned. It's been a few years since I've had their Mariachi Beef and still the best style pizza I've had.

Donatos is consistently serving up great pizza. Service was fast and the clerk was very friendly and had a nice smile. The dining area was clean and comfortable. One of my favorite places to get pizza.

The people were just awesome,the team work was like I have never seen before. Customer care n having the accurate weights on toppings are crucial to the taste consistency that brings the customers back each week.

Never a bad experience here. It wasn't for me this time, just took my mother-in-law because she was craving wings and a meat lovers pizza.

This place serves hot food and when odered with multiple layers they are even and nicely layed out, not just throwed on top like alot of places, and the pizza is always cut all the way through the crust so no tearing apart
