My daughter transferred here in the middle of the school year. While transitioning from public to private school was a challenge due to private school being more advanced, the school staff was accommodating and kept in constant communication with us to ensure our child was getting the help she needed. We went from her struggling to catch up with the other students, to her being on the AB honor roll. If you are looking for a school that values the word of God, respects parents as the authority in their child’s life and keeps education to age appropriate academic education, then this is a great choice. This school had great tuition costs, flexible payment options, and teachers who truly care. Thankful for this beacon of light!

I can't say enough good about LCCA. The staff is dedicated, humble, and kind. My family moved to the area specifically to enroll our children at LCCA. My youngest son has difficulty learning and had a poor kindergarten experience that did not prepare him for 1st grade. My wife and I met with the K5 teacher at the school during the summer and were convinced that she could provide my son with the type of instruction he needed. We were right. My son flourished under her teaching. All three of my children are currently enrolled and are thriving academically.

My parents faith is the central theme of their lives. Although they were lower income and worked constantly for what they had, they shelled out the extra money for us (three kids) to attend this school. What they got was the three of us constantly bullied by kids from Christian families and sometimes, cruel and spiteful teaching staff. My kindergartner teacher Ms Q, was the only. Kind staff member I remember, but thank God for her. My experiences in the first grade particularly messed me up in ways I’m still reconciling. I was a good kid who was so happy to meet new people and to learn. I was way ahead of the others when it came to reading, but I wasn’t cute, and cuteness really seemed to matter to my teacher who was cruel to me almost everyday and forced me to play a troll when another student (cute little girl) didn’t want to read that part and started throwing a tantrum. So she made me do it, singled me out. Then she kept telling me to do an uglier and uglier voice and she and the kids laughed at me. Just one example. She was vicious, superficial and cruel and should not have been a teacher at all, but didn’t represent the values of Christianity well at all. I cried after school every day until my parents pulled me out. It laid a foundation of hypocrisy, distrust and pain associated with Christianity. I am sad for my parents that they put their meager extra money into entrusting their children to people like that. Those are formative years, don’t send your children here if you aren’t in the in group already. I should have said something sooner but I was just thinking about the foundation of pain my experiences at LCCA left me with when I was new, and loving and good, and I had to say something.
