Horrible employee's. I was asked to write a letter for my mother stating she lives with me &have it notarized. Neither my mother nor myself have ANY services with Metro, I have never been on Metro and my mother has lived with me for 4 years. I wanted to learn why & was told I couldn't have ANY information since it wasn't my case. Correct it's not case or my mothers & your asking us to write a notarized letter stating we don't live in another house! Nancy Brown is whom I was transferred to for leaving a message & NEVER got a return phone call. This was well over a week and no one is too busy that they cannot pick up the phone and shed some light on this in a timely manner.

I’ve had the same tenant for 13 years, had a inspection, 2 of the 3 things that were written up were my tenants fault. I still payed to have them done. Waiting on a part for a window that is out of my control and they held the rent. I called Michelle, left her a message and never received a call back. If these people were in the private sector they would never make it in business. This will make me think about ever taking on another metro tenant. Return a phone call, it’s our tax dollars that pay for your jobs, I wish they would act like it. Typical government run business that just has people clock in and don’t care about the families on either side.

No one in the office will assist a 60 year old lady who will be homeless because the office people will not send the acceptance letter to a landlord. Very poor management!
