Honesty. Went in with a 2015 4 Runner to have a remote starter installed. Was told by 2 different people at the dealership that even though the sticker said it had one, it didn't. $720.00 to install. Owners manual didn't show it either. Scott looked at it and showed me how it worked. Could have easily charged me for nothing. Thrilled with his Honesty. Highly recommend.

I purchased an remote start for my hubby's truck for Christmas and surprised him. Got it installed in January and right at the perfect time! Scott was fantastic. He said it would take about 2 hours and I waited on it since I didn't feel right dropping off our truck the night before. He got it done in a little over an hour!!!! Yes, my husband was absolutely thrilled!!!! Thank you Scott!! You will appreciate his service. I also ordered Weather Tech mats for his truck as well and they came in right before Christmas. He loves those too. Just an FYI, clean the inside of your vehicle out before you have any services done because he has to lay down inside for the remote start install.

Choosing Scott's Auto Accessories to install my remote starter in my Nissan Rogue was a choice that I did not regret. I researched other places after my last remote start install by an electronics box store wasn't a good choice. Scott's is an owner operated business that excels at customer service. I setup an appointment for the install and got lucky to be able to install on a Saturday just 3 days out. My work schedule does not allow for weekday appointments so when Scott said he could get me in that Saturday was a pleasant surprise. The job was done ahead of estimated install time. Scott was nothing but friendly, helpful, and professional which in today's society is very rare. He cares about the customer's needs and wants. The price quoted for the remote start and installation was kept even though he had to use a slightly more expensive product than he anticipated and honored the quote by taking the hit himself and not passing it on to the customer, which in today's automotive repair industry is very rare. The 2way remote system he installed is high quality and has such a great range that my wife can start her car from inside her work place, behind many walls and a long distance away. Had Scott install a remote start kit into my new 2022 Kia Forte. Scott is a great guy, did fast, beautiful and professional work and was the cheapest option within a 40 mile radius of me. Fantastic business and I will be returning in the future for any other needs I might have.

Recently took my car to Scott's to have a remote start installed in my car and love it! They installed it without having a big bulky keypad needed. I've been waiting for awhile to have it done and called Scott's and they got me in within just a couple of days and the installation was done within a couple hours. SCOTT IS THE NICEST HUMAN BEING. Backstory: After a chaotic morning, I got to work and realized that I forgot my purse and wallet at home. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do for lunch. I remembered that I had a subway gift card in my desk so I decided to go there for lunch. When I went to pay with my gift card, the card reader wasn’t accepting gift cards. They were going to let me take my food but I’d have to come back and pay for it the same day. Since I live 45 minutes away, I knew that wasn’t a possibility so I gave my food back and left. That’s where Scott stepped in. He paid for my lunch without any hesitation. He wouldn’t even accept a Venmo payment.
