I was very impressed and extremely satisfied with my first visit to Echo-Norvell today and my decision to purchase a hearing aid. Matt was very knowledgeable in all the advanced technology in this field. He thoroughly explained the testing of my hearing and the results. I am 65 and tested with a bit of high frequency hearing loss. He told me that I did not need hearing aids at this time. I have really good insurance which would have paid for top-of-the-line aids. He was honest instead of selling me aids that I don't actually need.
